So I have no idea what you're trying to workout but my more serious answer would be aquas are neither celibate or promiscuous. I went into your older posts though I didn't really explore it I'm going to guess you're unsure of an aqua woman you're seeing.
Given everything that may point her to be less promiscuous you're not gonna do this any favours by doubting her. Aquarius build on trust so you should start working on that.

Aqua is a sign that can take it or leave it. They can do both. We don’t see sexual liberation as promiscuity. We see it as a function/urge and we do it. We don’t evaluate how our needs/going about fulfilling them is perceived by others or the society.
