Being 'friendzoned' by an Aquarius?

Hi...

What does it mean to be 'friendzoned' by an Aquarius (I'm a Leo male)? I know that in general, once you're 'friendzoned', it's hard to get out and become a significant partner to a girl, because she doesn't see you sexually. Is there a difference for Aquarius females from the other star signs?

Both of us seem to enjoy physical contact a lot. She sometimes takes the excuse to lay her head on my shoulder... grab my inner arm... throw playful punches... a lot of eye contact... But it's like she pours everything she feels out towards me.

What does this mean for an Aquarius female? Is it still possible to develop into a relationship?

Uh... in my experience, Aquarians are back and forth on these things sometimes.

Friendship is often the best way to develop a relationship with an Aquarius, so of all signs, the friendzone might be an optimal place to be when it comes to an Aquarius who's retracting (as they tend to do, IMO)

She shares her deepest worries - a pretty secret heartbreak she had. She shares stuff like her ex's... We engage on a highly intellectual level of talk about metaphysics, sociology, spirituality, psychology and tons of bizarre stuff about the universe... She likes to tell me about stuff she's been doing throughout the day...

She tells me that she really misses me when I'm away. She always seems to want me to tag along with stuff, or she wouldn't go. We listen to the same kind of music, appreciate the same kind of art, literature and wit. We watch the same shows, etc...

Well... how do you know if an Aquarius is retracting? What do you aquas really do when you really want a relationship? I'm just... so confused.

I know this Gemini that's very annoying who does the same thing as what you said. Very playful/flirty around guys and shares her problems/stories to them but she only does it because she needs the attention. She will lead them on and friend zone them but continue to flirt and hang out with them. This makes them think that there will be hope for a second chance but there isn't. I absolutely loathe people who do that. Hopefully your Aqua/Gemini is not like that.

I'm an Aqua and majority of my friends are guys but I don't flirt around like that because that just confuses the man. They know the difference between treating them as a friend or if I'm interested in them. My words and actions would be loud and clear.
