Curious about an Aqua man

I actually posted two somehow of the same thing, so I blocked this one. However, the other one is still up! 🙂 I guess that was silly to block one. I should've left both of them up.

I have been interested in an Aqua man who I work with for well over a year. At first I was under the impression that he did not like me, as he wouldn't really speak to me but always speak to everybody else. I was new so I would always ask him questions when other people weren't around and I was forced to. He was always short but polite and wouldn't make eye contact. However, as time went on he finally started to open up. He would tease me (still does) and we have great conversations. Sometimes I question if he's interested in me or not...at work it became habit that we would always order lunch together with one other coworker. Once I bought another coworker's food (I bought his too because I know what he likes but he was unaware), and he was upset by this and would not drop it. I just let him think what he wanted until the food arrived and I told him I got his too to which he responded saying he wasn't going to eat it to annoy me. Another time he kept asking for me to order food and I kept saying no (he wanted me to buy it because he forgot his money), but I ended up ordering it as a surprise and he told a few others how I bought it to surprise him. Whenever he gets combative in a jokingly way I get combative right back, and I swear he gets some sort of strange pleasure out of me being argumentative. A couple times I've had to take him home due to issues with his own car. The first time, as a joke I had a picture of a guy I knew (and Aqua man knew and was friends with) doing a ridiculous pose as my lock screen background (trust me it was hilarious- couldn't resist making it my background for a week). When I was driving Aqua home he noticed it and asked me if I loved the guy set as my background. The question caught me so off guard and was so ridiculous I busted out laughing and said no way and that it was a joke because the picture is funny. He once drunkenly texted me saying how I should let him "give it to me" to which I told him to go to bed (lol). He then tried calling me. The next day I told him I didn't answer his call because I wanted to wait until his mind was clear that way he wouldn't feel awkward or embarrassed. We get along as normal. Even if he isn't interested in me, I will always be his friend. We connect so well.

I'm thinking....friends.

Interesting views from all sides. That's why I was so in between. I can sometimes feel the electricity between us when we make eye contact. Strange sensation, but we will always be friends. I've never met someone quite so interesting with similar views as myself. We always have something to talk about and can just talk nonstop whether it be intellectual or teasing. Then the great silences when we run out of things to say. I'm grateful to have met him. It's nice to have met one person who you can just connect with and talk about life with. Great conversation is the key to my friendship anyways, so I'll be keeping him around 😉 haha thank you!🙂
