How can I get an Aquarius woman back?

OMG!

I was dating an aquarius girl I work with and things were going great ...we stopped seeing each other late october but I fell for her kind of quickly..our first date was 16 hours and it seemed like there wasn't enough time and neither of us wanted to leave each others presence, me and her daughter started bonding and she really was liking the fact that we were, my family really liked her, we were on the same shift but she switched to a different shift but when she switched we would still talk almost all day while she was at work, we would speak almost 24/7 literally for the months we were seeing each other...I fell for her cause of her intellect and the kind of person she is and she is beyond beautiful to top it all off.... She backed up out of no where and I thought it was cause she was seeing someone else but it was cause she had family issues she said she didnt want to involve me in... The person i assumed she may have been dealing with was a co worker who is a close friend of hers and she took much offense to my assumption and it rubbed her the wrong way. She did want to still be friends but I said I need time to get over this first cause I know I would want to be more than friends and I kept chasing her to ask her for another chance but It pushed her further away and annoyed her now she doesnt even acknowledge my presence or speak to me at all when she sees me at work...she says we wont be in each others future and that she isn't speaking out of anger or frustration...but female friends i've spoken to says women always say that and no matter what it is coming from a place of anger don't believe that ... women say it all the time and they don't mean it just wait it out and give it time....she says i'm a good person theres no doubt about that but she says I have a lot of growing up to do and she wasn't going to be annoyed and unhappy waiting for me to grow up time isn't something she has to waste right or wrong feelings or no feelings.. I kept trying to convince her and it seemed like it pushed her away and the last time we spoke she said I havent even been giving her room to breathe to see if we can be friends after I declined it the first time so I backed off and I haven't been contacting her and this was December 2nd so shortly under a month ago...her best friend who also works with us asked her why can't she be cordial with me and she wouldn't answer her and her best friend said its cause we still speak so i'm figuring its cause she doesnt want to t

to tell her cause she'll tell me and I also hear Aquas like to see you sweat when you have made them mad or offended them but eventually they come around....We walked passed one another at work last week and for the first time in a while we caught eye contact and looked at each other for a few seconds with that look like we were both waiting on one another to say something but neither of us did we both just went our seperate ways... Since that day she seems really cold...she doesnt even acknowledge me or look my way now....she buzzes me into our office without me having to go through the hassle of using my id and punching my code in which she doesnt have to so she isnt being a complete a hole but she still does certain childish things like relieving someone else to leave to go home when she is supposed to relieve me and i'm stuck there an extra 10 or 15 minutes or interrupting a convo i'm having to ask the other person a question she could wait to ask cause she is going to work with them the entire day then she'll roll her eyes at me and keep walking after she interrupts us and my female friends say thats her way of getting my attention but still letting me know she is still very pissed at me....I'd like some advice from the Aquarius women, even the guys if you have any ... What can I do to get her to look my way again? is there anything I can do to get her to speak to me again?, Anything to do to grab her attention? Do you think if she sees a maturation within me I may have another shot? Do you think she's waiting on me to "mature" in order to pick up where we left off? I hear things about Aqua women like if they make an offer to be in your life especially more than once after being romantically involved with you theres something they see in you and you may get another chance once they calm down if you play your cards right but it takes a looong time for them to cool off....
