How do you know if an aquarian TRULY likes you?

Not long ago, i met this man off tinder. Decided to meet for dinner after talking for a week or so. Everything went along so well. He took me off by surprise though. Give me a small peck on the lips when we parted at the train station ON THE FIRST DATE lol. Days... then weeks later, we got closer and closer. He would text me every morning/day/night about his day and pretty much everything thats happening. (Which kinda took me off by surprise because i've dated aquarians in the past. He's the first who doesnt appear to be so distant. He didnt even give off the vibe that he's aquarius except that he's always very good around people).

He will always stay in touch with me no matter what and where he goes. We'd always meet when our schedules and work got less busy and very often, he'd talk about where he wants to bring me for the next date and etc. Few of his close friends knows about my existence so i guess that's a good thing ......& bonus thing, He loves to cook for me. He's also very affectionate. Many times he'd ask me if i want to stayover and when i do, we'll always sleep in the same bed. And when i asked if i can, he'd always say i've got his permission and can do whatever i want (lol). Its almost like as if we're lovers but we're still dating, not in that BFGF phase yet lol. The thing which bothers me just a little is he never truly tells me his feelings lol , i've also realized something. So many times i'd find him looking at me when he thinks i am not looking or noticing and sometimes when i look back, he'd just stare at me and smile.

I'll be honest. I am completely smitten by him.
