I need help dealing with an Aquarius woman. Driving me insane, Help!

I´m a pisces man. I´ve recently been seeing an Aquarius woman and I really like her. So we had made plans on friday to go get a coffee and go shopping in the morning. I asked her in the morning if 11 30 am was okay and she said yes. At 11 00 o clock she tells me she has an appointment at 11 45 and that we should go now. I tell her I dont think we have enough time and she coldly tells me ¨thanks for offering your help but i´m going alone...¨. I ask her if she´d like to have lunch after her appointment and she rudely tells me ¨No. What part of I dont want to go anywhere dont you understand?¨ In a rude way. Apparently she was feeling sick... I sent her a note where I calmly explained the situation and I told her that I dont like to be spoken to in that manner and that the only person in my life who speaks to me in that way is her. and I told her I dont like people who speak in a bad way to me because it wasnt cool.... She responded with a basic ¨Ok. Sorry.¨ And I havent spoken to her since....

I felt it was important to me to put my foot down and tell her how i felt because I feel she needs to respect me. if I let her speak to me this way she´ll continue to do so and I dont want that. I think ive showed her enough times that I care about her and im always nice to her but this really did make me angry.... so ive decided to wait until she speaks to me first.... I dont like playing games, but in this case, shes the one who needs to think about what she did in my opinion. We talk very frequently, and my thinking is that if we separate for a bit maybe she´ll eventually come back. I dont want to nag her but I also want her to get my point.
