I told my aqua how I felt

My old aqua friend. We met at the beginning of university and everything was casual as I knew he was travelling for years but I feel for him. I never told him. We were best friends and partners in crime. We always talked about travelling together and doing little city trips together. He's the only person I could see me enjoying life with. He is truly my best friend.

Although he lives far away, we still managed to keep in contact during his travels and we've become a lot closer recently. We've opened up to each other, something I find really hard to do. He planning on moving to my town to start his life.

A couple of weeks ago I got drunk and started chatting to him. He was also in the same state (haha) and I confessed my feelings to him. He told me he's always "really liked" me too but wanted to know if it was a FWB or something more. I told him that we had always kinda been FWB so i feel a lot more for him. I can't really remember the rest of the story but the following day we made plans to meet again. I asked him if all that was said yesterday was true and he confirmed that it was.

I'm seeing him in a couple of weeks. I'm excited and nervous. I do love my aquas.
