im not that mad?

Hes aquarius, and im a libra. we are 19/20.

Long story short, we've been flirting online and stuff for over 2 years now and he does the whole ditching thing but comes back and i got used to it, plus i dont really like clingy people.

We dont have any labels, and recently he's been wanting to meet up and keeps mentioning it but its hard because we both travel alot and we are never in the same countries (before we were but i dont think he was that interested back then)

Anyway, I found out through a mutual friends friend that he met a girl online and is gonna meet her to have sex next month ( keep in mind hes never had a gf and hes kinda behind "sexually" he has also said he wants to do it with me, im still a virgin, i dont know if he still is) but he never mentioned this to me.

We talked twice in the past 5 months and 2 weeks after I found out about this, he messaged me out of nowhere saying he misses me and was talking to me all day for a couple days which is rare, the flirting still continued.

Now Im just a little confused, he acts like hes really into me, he always comes back, he opens up about emotional stuff, he flirts and even said that "our relationship is eternal, it doesn't matter if we talk or dont talk"

but I dont know if hes just doing it in a friendly/jokey way or what?

Im not that mad because I feel like I dont have the right to? like hes not my boyfriend so he can do what he wants, we are in different countries at the moment, and even if we did make it official who knows if ill see him in 1 year or 5 years, so can i really expect a 20 year old guy not to have sex?

But even if i did tell him it stung a bit, i dont know how he would react?
