I've had a deep tissue massage a few times and I find them great, better if the person giving doesn't talk your ear off and just shuts up..! Let's be honest, aquarians hold up a lot of tension and blow up at times so this is a great way to just let go for an hour or so and enjoy life.

Well professional would be nice but personally I'd rather get a nice back and shoulder rub from my g/f.. It's not that I wouldn't like it as a gift but it means more if my partner actually would take the time to do that themselves even if it's not as good as a professional masseuse. But thats just my opinion

No offense to anyone here but this whole "I'd rather get it from my significant other thing" is a different ballgame. If I were in a relationship I'd like to get it from them because of the being able to be physical with them and all and the happy ending and such. But realistically, most people don't know how to give a decent massage, warm up the tissue, find adhesions and actually break up the myofascial tension etc so it's kinda counter intuitive I think.

I got my husband a massage chair.
He thought it was weird. 😛 😛

then my mother-in-law tried it and said...."oohhh ahhh ompph that is not bad at all!" ;D

**she presses the buttons left and right**

Anyway try a massage chair. 😄

I'll agree with gadgets or those brain toys like a rubix cube.

My ex bought one for me. She was surely disappointed when I focused all my attention on that rubix cube for 2 weeks straight. She still regrets buying it for me.

massages are awesome but theyre pretty cheap and only last a bit its not really memorable "unless the happy ending is included"......I have to admit I love gadgets but current technology is still too current.......any present that has been laboured over makes me emotional.

Thinking of getting Aqua a massage for Christmas. Is this something you would like?

(and I will make dang sure they don't give happy endings!) lol!

I once received a gist certificate for massage therapy for my birthday. Best massage I ever had. Nice, warm, and deep. Felt great. The only way I'd recommend the massage comes from the S.O. is if they have deep-massage hands and can dig in. Otherwise, leave it to a professional, knowing the gift certificate for massage you gave them was your love for them.
