My Aquarius Boyfriend Stands me and Family Members up? What's up with that?

My Aquarius boyfriend and I broke up after he stood me up. I uninvited him to Christmas dinner did not celebrate New Year's Eve with him, and did not speak to him for a week and half. I scolded him, explained, sulked, complained! I told him how insensitive and hurtful his behavior is in in English, Ebonics, I drew graphs, lol, in other words I explained countless times how very insensitive and hurtful it felt when he stood me up. I was literally done with him, and was deeply hurt. Eventually I got over it, we are engaged but he still practices this weird behavior with his close friends, and relatives. He just doesn't seem to get it! The other night he did it again! He recently got an apartment close to my house so he is literally 15 minutes away. He texted said he was on his way, yet 40 minutes passed, no Aquarius!

I knew talking, scolding, withdrawing, hollering, screaming, demeaning, silence would not be effective. Since his Mercury is in Pisces I decided to let him "feel" what it "feels" like to be stood up. I texted him and typed I am on my way - and I never showed up! He was livid! Can you believe that !!!!!!!! He was livid, he left 7 text messages, asking me "Why would you do this to me?" What the Hell?

He also practices this behavior with his first cousins and close friends. I noticed that when it's his idea to come over, he shows up no problem. If I suggest it he doesn't show up? He claims to be mad at the fact that I don't live with him since he got the place, and he's upset that I don't visit often. HIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES! If he got an exterminator I would visit more frequently... —? WTH!!!

I did tell him, over and over, he said he's a country boy and the "water bugs" don't really get to him like that. DISGUSTING! He is tardy and other times he just flat out doesn't show up.

What is his reasoning for not showing up?

Does he ever not show up for work and appointments (dentist, for example)?
