Typical Scorp - even in your madness you are being efficient and self serving 😉
Mine is obsessing in my thoughts, especially if something worries me. But the manifestatons of it change every so often.

Without going into too much detail, yes my form of obsessive fits into the OCD mould, I;ve read up on it believe you me you me you me. And yes it interfers with my being able to the chill the f*** out cos I have this compulsion to relentlessly fixate on some arbitrary thing.

Yes your suggestion is a very good one. It's the act of dragging myself to do this that is difficult thing to do. It's kind of like giving u cigarettes: you know you want to do it and it's good for you but yet the urge to keep doing it is so strong and feels somehow safe. But yeah I really need to work on that. Big time.

"What do you think your obsession stems from?"

From childhood insecurities and I used obsessing as a security mechanism to feel I had control over things and events. Of course this all evolved subconsciously as the OCD mindset is actually very disruptive and unsettling for the sufferer.
