well having read about Aquas and commitment....I figure that he will run away for the first time considering that he hasn't done that yet. I also figured that he could have made that move himself if he was interested. I dont want to use the word relationship in order not to scare him away.

but i bet if this aqua had a stellium libra (Libra loves to partner) he will easily partner.
