I'm an aqua and also have my moon in cap and my mars in sag. I love to tease and be sarcastic, especially when I'm with someone of my interest but I'd never be cruel. Can you give an example of how you perceive his behavior as cruel?

He has been upfront about liking you. Liking someone and wanting sex isn't always mutually exclusive. Liking someone can also mean so many things maybe you should get him to clarify? Maybe he liked you for your looks or other physical aspects who knows. Maybe he liked your personality or maybe both.
