The reappearing Aquarius

Throughout my time on this board I've read countless posts on the disappearing Aquarius but what about the reappearing Aquarius? What are the reasons you come back months later?
Long story short...I broke up with my Aqua back in earl July. He had been acting flakey and unreliable. Nothing too over the top but my emotions got the best of me one day and I told him I was done trying to make things work with him. He made excuses and I wasnt trying to hear it that day. A day or two later I tried to be civilized and make an effort to talk things out but he ignored my message. I thought he would cool off after a few days but it didn't happen. Such is life. I was upset but after a few weeks I began to move on. A few weeks ago I met someone else.
Now recently close to four months later the Aqua has been reaching out to me suddenly- something I never expected after a certain amount of time. First he reached out "to say hi." I ignored it. It's been four months and he reached out through a half assed text message. However, now he is reaching out more. He sent me a video of a favorite restaurant we used to go to and is trying to add me back on Facebook.

Part of me wants to move on by just ignoring him but then part of me also doesn't want to stoop to his level and just ignore someone completely. I've never been that type of person. I guess I am also curious why after all this time he is resurfacing.

Ok I guess this is longer than I indended. So my question is why do Aquarius resurface after long periods of time like this?

I don't want to act like a downer but the planetary placements now actually are so that Aquarians may pursue or be pursued by past relationships. So there you have it. It can't be that simplistic, however, do realize it might be short-lived when the planets change their positions again. So beware when considering taking any steps.

When does this shift from Aquas to some other sign?

From my experience with aqua I can tell you they cant forget a lover that easy. They get distracted very often with their life and this combined with the dificulty of dealing with feelings that makes them feel somehow of a pressure to talk with the person they like makes them disappear for long times.
I mean... Like months or so.
I'm not an aquarius, but I studied this phenomen on my girlfriend... I know she likes me a lot, and when she is around me is just melting (aries sun, aries moon so is undersandable), but because of distance we just cant be togheter so we decided to keep in touch until I can move in her city after a year.
First of all, even if she liked me she did her best to hide it from me and, because emotionally aquarius can hardly handle even a normal relationship, she refused the classic long distance and by words she somehow tried to friendzone me.
At first I was very confused and angry, and even if she constantly messaged me from week to week i haved a breakdown, we haved a small fight then I stoped messaging her for a month. No signs of "I'm sorry from her". But after a few weeks she started to post on facebook a lot of things that I like and dont usually appear there... Just for the sake of me seeing them and noticing she is there. She didnt texted me but she did this stuff and gave me the impression that she waits for a text or so.
After a month I writed a message apologising and after a few texts we called eachoter and talked for hours. She didnt told me 'I'm happy' but she was so damn happy to hear me again.
The conclusion is this: Aqua wont show their love or reability by words or by very visible displays of emotions... This frustrates a lot... But if they love and are in a somehow good relationship with you the are very consistent with their feelings and are very reliable even after ridicoulous periods of time without talking. Their kind of relationship is the 'long passive breaks and short intense action times' type.

So, if you want to retake contact with him, he will do his best to make it up with you... You will probably get in a relationship once again if you agree and be sure that he forgott all your flaws by this time (is in the aquarian nature to do so). So with an aquarius you can start over again erasing the past witch I find to be a great quality of a relationship. But to make this relationship work you have to adapt to his lifestile and be patient. If you dont want to be with him again just friendzone him, talking to him, but drop a few subtle hints that you dont want a relationship anymore. YOU ARE A GIRL. You know how to do it 10000 better than I can even imagine.

Lol okay.. i just had not heard that the planets are impacting aquas in that way..

I do not know but probably an aqua that has not matured or what. Cut him off completely & move on. 4 months is way too long for someone that close, as an aqua i find this unacceptable. If you want to remain friends, tell him straight but i guess you are too bitter to maintain a friendly relationship so just end it completely.

He resurfaces probably because he thought of the past or some of his placements make him sentimental. However since u apologized & reached out for him first while he ignores all that which makes him in the wrong,

We aquas are fixed sign, so we are fiercely loyal to our partner & will always be there for them whenever they need. Of course if they dont show this sort of affection, that means the other half is not the one he/she loves dearly.

Just go with the new guy. Tell him you're glad to hear from him, but you're seeing someone now.
