Why is there 2 different types of aqua guys?

Im a libra (moon libra, sun libra, rising pisces) and ive been talking to this aqua guy (moon leo, sun aquarius, rising leo) for just over a year now (mainly online since he lives far), yes ive noticed his weird disappearing acts and i usually just wait and he comes back, but last time he talked to me twice in 6 months so i figured it was over but he came back with an excuse and now its been 4 days and he hasn't replied, hes not the type to get with alot of girls and hes very quiet and kinda awkward, oh he was born in january.
however, i do have another aqua guy who flirts with me and always talks to me and is very loud and outgoing etc, he was born in february. but i am not attracted to him and he doesn't disappear and all that.
i just want to know, how does an aqua guy like him show that he has feelings for you? he has said things like he likes me, has a crush on me, loves me but i feel like he says that to everyone in a joking way? if he doesn't like talking to me then why does he keep coming back? but if he does like me, why does he leave for soo long? should i ignore him or confront him or just leave it?
can an aqua guy like him fall out of love easily or love more than one girl?

Not all aquas are the same. You can't expect one aqua to be similar to another.

The reason the Feb aqua hasn't done a disappearing act is because you're not into him. There's no pressure, no expectations. It's when there's pressure that they disappear.

And twice in two months.....Ick! I'd have been long gone and with someone else by the time he returned. My opinion is twice in six months, 4 days without a response, the Jan aqua isn't into you.

There's a difference between a little disappearing for space and recharging and flat out no interest.

I am a February aqua and I feel I agree with the notion that feb aquas are more social and outgoing whereas the jan aquas are a tad more standoffish from my personal experiences. Either way, if he's ignoring you for a long period then why bother? Im sure you can find someone else who wont ignore you AND you are attracted to.

One Jan aqua who was a friend of mine from work, took off for a couple years to complete military training for the marines. Saw him out on the town one night while he was on a break and he changed a lot, both in physical appearance and attitude. I guess thats the marine training though. Either way, he was the standoffish type, but was great to be around and hilarious before he left for the marines.

the other sounds like he could have a Pisces Venus or even an Aquarius Venus. something that's not fire based. my father is an Aqua Sun/Merc/Venus/Jupiter/Saturn, Virgo moon, Cap Mars. he was reserved when approaching my mom and very shy. he would get together with my uncle to play cards just to look at her but wouldn't speak to her. obviously he eventually asked her out. he'd make small talk. I'm sure he was shy in pursuing her too. my mom is also shy. she's a Libra sun, Taurus moon, Leo Venus/Mars.

I dated both a Pisces Venus aqua (w a Sag moon) and an Aries Venus Aqua (who had a Scorpio moon). both approaches were very different. the Pisces Venus was shy, wouldn't text me for contact but was very receptive when we'd hang out with all of our friends. he'd look out for me in odd ways and we'd flirt in odd ways too lol. we are still friends to this day. I still like him, but we decided friendship is better. I met a few aquas with Aries Venus. one who also had an Aries Jupiter was super assertive. one time I told him I was gonna fight him if he kept up his attitude and he got a spark in his eye, smiled and asked "where? in bed?" I was not expecting that...lol...I laughed, punched him in the arm, told him to shut up and walked away. bold. you can definitely tell the fire dominant people from the water/earth dominant lol. my dad was air/Aqua dominant and was still shy! so I guess it just depends on the aqua.
