You're overcomplicating it.

They most likely mean you can take charge and steer the helm when it comes to crunch time but everyone else is too busy playing with themselves.

😆 it soo feels like that sometimes. i dont mean to overcomplicate it. i just have these big project ideas that i want to start in May. i so need to know why i feel like i am not a leader. feel for me. lol

Sounds like you need a Fishy sun/Virgo mooner in your corner: a perfectionist artista extraordinaire.

You'll have to search near & far, high & low. I'd offer my services, but my Virgo master has become a tad possessive/territorial (blame his Leo cusp lol) so I'm unavailable for the time being.

You could also try a Fishy and a Virgo, separate people. You could also break down each project into simple steps or progress milestones that you'll need to reach. That way you won't have to run around like a headless chicken trying to figure out what to do next.

I'd advise against setting definite deadlines and instead use broader time periods. Say "I want to have this completed between May and June" instead of stressing yourself out unnecessarily. That's how you can placate a certain placement of yours that has lazy tendencies lol (like my Sag ascendant).

It would be nice to have someone to bounce ideas off of or gets excited like i do about an idea, and not give me that 'crazy eye look' when they cant see what i see. 😆. broader time periods is the only way i have been moving forward. lol

OH GODAMN don't talk to me about crazy eyes today! *shudders*

Having said that, you should look for a friend with similar interests to yours. Then you might get that co-Eureka moment.

I so do. feels like i been looking for a life time. lol lets put it this way. i am really out there. 😉 not very out here. lol Crazy eye is like a bucket of ice water poured on you in the die of winter. hehe

I wasn't talking about boyfriends, but friends with similar interests. Search for forums specifically for your own interest/s and join them. And take it from there.

I was talking about friends too. bouncing ideas off some of my friends is like playing hacky sack with a wall. i love them still though

Leadership at work

so i have been doing some reading on leadership stuff. well it seems i still suck at it. lol still have no idea how i am going to get these project off the ground. they just cant be done by one person. sometimes i feel like i am backed into a corner.
