Aries Co-worker who gets away with everything

So tell me this, I have this Aries woman at our work who is a walking hurricane, she causes trouble and without fail our CEO jumps to her defence. This woman is like teflon and we can't figure out why the CEO keeps defending her and falling for her bulltwang. The CEO is a Sagattarius, whether that makes a difference.

She has people leaving the company left, right and center yet sees that she hasn't done anything wrong.

She's been caught out lying, got away withit, she's been caught out mis-diagnosing patients, got away with it, she's been caught out trying to get others fired, got away with it.

How do you deal with this type of Aries Sociopath?

And yes she scares the living bejaysus out of me because of her wild temper.

I'm merely sick of the rest of the staff coming to me, crying, with their resignations letters and the CEO does nothing.

Any suggestions? Before the whole company goes to pot and our patients get transferred else where and we get sued.

OP.....Or if you want too ??_.stand up to the Aries when she does something to YOU. What she does to other people is not your concern. What she does with the CEO and the type of relationship they have is not your concern. Your concerns should be with the patients and if she disrespects you in the work place, then move forward to the CEO. If the patients are complaining then you have a valid point and ask the patients to write letters to the CEO. That may work. Other than that??_stay out of office politics unless it deals directly with you or a patient is complaining.

People come to you then tell them to go to the CEO.

Well this has gone from bad to worse. CEO is defending your non logical actions to have our residents moved from low care to high care even with the families there doing case conferencing.

crappy thing is he told the familie members that he'd sit by them in the conference and never went near them and sided with everything Aries was saying. The families now feel ripped right off.

He's not listening to complaints and no he's not sleeping with her at all.

I've got something figured out that she has something over him that we don't know about, it would have to be the only logical explanation of this fiasco occuring.

I love the job and atmosphere but this one Aries is bringing team morale down for her own benefit, and it's always "me this and me that", never kudo's to those who actually do the work for her.

I think we are doomed with the current CEO to be honest if this keeps going on. Mass walk out is on the cards at this time if she is not fired and then he'll still side with her.

Got me confused as all hell to say the least. Give a person evidence and they don't see it, have families make complaints and he sides with the Aries (which I have to say hasn't been condusive to our patient). It's dangerous.

dont snitch on anyone, my leo grandpa taught me if someone comes and snitches on others to you, you call everyone to your office, and make that person say that to their face, then that person who snitched will resign by themselves and the rest will stay, thats what ill do in the future, you are mature people learn how to deal with things yourselves

fact is if you snitch on your coworkers you might snitch on me, your CEO as well, I need people who I can trust

OMG, this was the situation at my mothers old job with her Aries coworker/friend. She got so many people fired, stirred up so much drama, and it was a Leo who let her get away with everything. If the Aries had a problem with anybody, they were gone!

@Ellybean, something similar happened to the Aries at my moms job. She visited the church of another co-worker(Capricorn) there and told the Cap her pastor/client was eye- $ #% @# $ her after church. The Cap went to the boss and got the Aries written up. That was the ONLY time something had ever been done about her behavior. The first and last unfortunately.

Well have to say my peace with this,I had a new aries came with my company she been here for 5 months or so I been working for this place for 5yrs and the sag been work for the company for 5 or more. The sag is a shit starter I put that bitch on hi bye mode, we when the aries came sag got into her ear starting shit. The aries chick did a u turn on me. I had to go to her straight up ,both of them sag and aries.I straight shit out between us, I learn that with people u have to get to the core of the problem or they will keep doing dum shit

No point coming here and asking Aries how to defeat their kind, they will say its you who is wrong...

Most Aries would rid anyone in their path if they could... I am not at all surprised at any of your stories..

There is a way to defeat that one, but you have to be smarter than her... As it stands, she's the quicker and faster one.
I feel sorry for the pathetically manipulated CEO...

Tbh I had a similar experience but was with a Scorpio chick... The boss seemed to listen to her even though she was being a bulldozer, and office soci..
Guess what .. She was schleeping with the boss.. I guess that totally pulled the strings.

yeah there might be some blackmailing going on. the boss is useless. people with no backbone shouldn't be in top leadership positions. he doesn't want to get his own hands dirty even when there are this many problems and injustices going on. wtf. it doesn't matter what the bitch thinks, he needs to put an end to this bullshit. that's his responsibility.
