
So was wondering what other Aries do when they are feel doubtful? most like you are losing your confidence in yourself. what do you do to get that confidence back?


Posted by merakii do that stuff and it helps. is just lately i keep messing up and try to do something that i know i can do but then mess that up 😆. i got some things i need to get taken care of but keep holding back because i really cant mess it up. and it dont help when i got someone living with me always criticizing and making remarks that are not helpful. it just puts doubt in my mind and i can seem to shake them. i think this state mind is whats making me mess up even with easy shit.
Exercise help a lot. I picked up meditation last year and try to use it as a tool to help me stay mindful throughout the day. If keeps popping up I'll write it down and journal about it.
My most important action to keep my flame up is to try to focus on my purpose. Gl op! 🙂

It's hard to keep your inner peace in a toxic environment. See if you place boundaries on the people messing with your energy or maybe even get rid of them all together lol
Another thing you could try is positive affirmations. It goes well with meditation/mindfulness because you can see what you're struggling with internally and write and recite the corresponding affirmations till u get your confidence back. There's bunch of good apps for this
