Aries guy and his EX, advice needed

Hi, guys ! I am a Libra girl started to date with an Aries guy 3 weeks ago. Everything was superb, he is a true gentlemen. But I found out he still shares a flat with an ex girlfriend he broke up not long ago. He is saying, he wants to move on and she is gonna get out soon. Should I give him a try or to hell with that?
