Aries guy at work

Aries guy I work with is wicked flirty with me (and others too but something about the way he flirt with me is diff). Recently another coworker mentioned to me that there was a rumor going around that the Aries man and I had a thing for one another and he could lose his job if so. I just played it cool but then, being close with the Aries guy, I told him about the suspicions of the people we work with and I made sure to let him know I didn't care if he didn't care. And he told me he didn't care what other people thought. And then he high fives me which was weird. Just confused even more now though.... is he like into me or...

I just don't even know how he took that news either.

I'm an Aries as well with a Leo moon. Idk his moon sign.

I like this guy and I don't even know him lol.

I'm Aries nothing (unless you want to count Eros), so I can't answer from the perspective of a dude with something in Aries, but I think he just flirts for fun and thinks you know it isn't serious.

I'm not gonna lie, I have high-fived girlfriends. The high-five doesn't rule out that he's attracted to you or whatever, but considering the totality of what you said, I think it's all in fun for him.

Sounds like a cool guy to hang out with, though.

I've once read that Arians are naturally flirtatious (I have an Arian bf, the first time we've met, he started flirting with me) but once that they liked you, they will make their interest on you to be directly known...

Well that's the thing, idk what determines "directly known". I mean he's flirtatious in general I'm sure with other girls where I work but he does little things here and there that are different when it comes to me... like he would give me rewards for doing projects at work etc etc. But he has since stopped doing that (before I mentioned to him that someone had spoke to me about our 'behavior'). I thought at first it was clear that he liked me but I couldn't tell. We exchanged a few music bands we listened to and such, he would always go out of his way to come and see me and talk to me for no other reason than to just say hi. He blushes easily. We get each other's humor. He playfully hits me sometimes. Idk.

The other thing is... he can't have a relationship with me or at least can't let it be known at work because it's not allowed. One of us (or both) would be forced to quit. So he doesn't say "oh I like you" and idk if that's the reason or maybe he just doesn't. I'm not sure if he comes and talks to many other people just to talk the way he does with me. He says I make his day.

We don't have each other's numbers. We're not technically allowed. I'm not sure if he knows I like him or not. He always fist pounds me or high fives. We're not allowed to hug either so maybe that's why. Ugh no clue.

Help! Haha. I'm usually good with Aries, being one and all, but he's stumping me good.

This. Trying to flirt as a shy Aries is impossible. I know from personal experience.
