It's true for me. Aries ice is both scary and sad. Sad because the fire/passion has died. In my experience, it's scary for the other party because they know that once that glacier has formed, it's there forever (even after I forgive them in my heart).
I believe indifference is way worse than hate. Hate is just a perverted form of love, in my opinion--at least there's some emotion present, albeit a negative one. But with hate, there's still a chance that you could turn it back into love. Indifference is eternal numbness, incapable of feeling anything, which is really sad (but sometimes necessary).

I actually found it incredibly easy - with him - but he was really confused. I thought I was clear coz I told him we were done but then proper iced him out, no replying or very closed and minimal answers..he just couldn't handle it lol
And yes indifference is the ultimate "God I really can't be bothered and I don't give a fuck about you anymore" attitude - and my feelings never come back from that.

ive found aries fire and ice equally as upsetting being on the receiving end for no reason. when he is angry its down right scary when he is cold its very hurtful. ive been told im insane to be with him. and to keep letting him come back to me

My approach was pretty passive, considering I went the "I'm just gonna keep doing this until he gets the hint and/or becomes disinterested because I'm not bothering with convo" approach. But I only did it because the fiery approach didn't do much either.
It's like if you're going to act like a pos, you're going to get treated like one as well, sorry.
Ice is highly effective though. It usually sideswipes the offending dickhole and it finally sinks in what a dickhole they've been.

I find that people with a good and genuine heart respond well to my firey anger. Those people who truly are black hearted only respond to the same ice they deliver. Of course, I don't think I've ever given someone I care about a full dose of fire treatment either.

boomerang effect, what you give me is what I give you-yep so true. But I think the ice is when the ram gets tired, as in we see no point. When we lose our optimism its the worst, kind of makes me sad too. The ice is indeed effective for preserving our sanity
