Our company is very big with many offices and we're in different parts of town and not interacting professionally. And the company does not have anti-dating rules. So, that's really not an issue here. But you never know. Thank you for your input though. I didn't think of that.

That's how we Aries do it - sex 1st then if that part working out then, maybe, we get to know the person 😉 That's how all my relationships started.
Btw: he can't see me at work as we work in different company departments across town and don't interact at all.

Guess time will show the reality. Now it's all up in the air and none of -Aries- likes to not to have any control over situation.
I'm just one of those people that believe if you're interested in someone you should keep in touch with them daily, even with a quick "hi, how are you" text. I don't consider it clingy or desperate or anything negative like that. To me it means interest, feelings and respect.

My situation is complicated and cant go into too much detail - for fear of judgMENTAL leos on here!!!! But we cannot get to see eachother very often - usually every 3 or 4 weeks because of distance and work so we hang out/chat/have lots of sex. We talk about family, work, funny stuff that has happened. He talks about himself a lot lol and I listen and we laugh about it as he can tell when Im getting bored as my eyes glass over lol! We go out to eat and we laugh a lot. We have the same sense of humour. Sometimes we only have a short amount of time to spend with eachother - its like we really need to connect 😉 But in other ways we are polar oppposites about things/situations and I often find myself thinking "who on earth would put us together" but I think thats what keeps it exciting; if we were too familiar I would definitely get bored.

Yes, he's talking and me glazing over and he's catching up on that Lol. Does your leo remember everything you ever said to him? Mine seems to. I would love to have a serious relationship with him, but we haven't discussed it; it's more open than I would like because at the beginning he was always banging on about all the women he had slept with and he has told me he can't last very long without sex; I try to just block it out of my mind but I know deep down I'm probably not the only one 😢 He says I "am his" but I bet he's not exclusively for me lol! However I knew from the start what the situation was: physical and not relationship based, but as we have got to know each other we have revealed more of our feelings to each other and that we want it to carry on. I think we're dating the same leo 😉 Whenever mine talks about other women i always respond with "are you trying to make me jealous" and laugh. That usually shuts him up and we both have fun with it. But u KNOW that it's not the nicest thing to hear. Once i told him that "saying that you want to have sex or think that another woman is hot" is not a smart thing to say to a woman you want to sleep with. That was the end of that. For how long we'll see lol My best relationships started with sex and some progressed into real relationships. I'm an aries, but i thought it was sort of characteristic of both signs, Aries and Leo, to be kind of self centered.
I have to admit me and my taurus started our relationship with sex and then felt each other out, but we're engaged now so that worked for us. Tau didn't push though and even told me we didn't have to, but being an aries i totally did. It's in our nature.
Your Leo's moon sign could have a lot to do with it, but at the end of the day it could just be that he's a gentleman and wants to make sure you don't feel pressured no matter how ready you seem. Don't let that famous Arian impatience cause you to worry unnecessarily!
Thanks for your input! I figured that most likely my Leo's moon sign is Gemini. Props to you for being with a Taurus. I found them too stubborn and slow for my taste. But then again, maybe it's a good balancing match.
How does it feel being an Aries with a moon in Cancer— My moon is in Scorpio and it's like opposite to Aries. I'm more internally emotionally intense, and not as extroverted as typical Aries. I can't imagine being an 1/2 Aries and 1/2 Cancer!😉

Oh well see my Tau has an aries moon so he's internally more fiery than you'd think. Also his stubbornness is like a challenge to me. Once i learned i couldn't just be like we're going to do this now its become fun to slowly charm that inner ram out of him. He's the type that you have to drag kicking and screaming to do something, but once he's out there you know he's having fun even if he's stubbornly pretending not to.
Having a cancer moon is insane! My ram is all lets do this and go here and see that now now now! And my crab is all wait, what will happen if we do that? Do we have the cash to go there? Maybe tomorrow. And while the ram's screaming lets go out the crab is like let's stay in. I somehow manage to simultaneously not give a flip and care so much it breaks my heart. Scorpio moon is intense at times too. Not as flip flop as Cancer, thank god! Scorpio moon makes me more private and emotionally introverted than you would expect from a typical Aries. I internalize my emotions a lot and not very expressive with them. I dated a lot of Scorpios and get them really well by now. Funny how Scorpios are attracted to me and i can usually tell by now if someone's is a Scorpio.
