Can placements change an ENTIRE Aries personality? (Page 2)

The cancer guy I was with had placements that probably were not that compatible with mine anyway. I know now not all cancer men are the way he is.


His placements:
Moon-Aries
Mercury-Leo
Venus-Gemini
Mars-Taurus
Saturn,Uranus and Neptune- Capricorn

Well this Cancer guy is hardly a cancer...no 2 signs the same (except the slow planets in cappy), and all of them in the early stages of the zodiac. Meaning he's quite immature, selfish...


The dude with Aries, Cancer moon and a bunch of Pisces stuff would be much nicer, more considerate.
One thing about Pisces though, you may not see it right away but they tend to be manipulative, untrustworthy. They have a global, "cosmic" vision of things. Like, our little worldly affairs have little importance in the grand scheme of things. A Pisces can steal, lie and deceive and to him it's just "part of the game".
I don't want to jinx it, astrology isn't set in stone, but that is the general consensus. If he's honest then fine, great, he was raised well, and maybe astro is bullshit in this case. But just sayin.

That's really interesting,thanks!I work with a cancer girl and she is an absolute sweetheart. We have built a friendship and now meet up and hang out outside of work. She is very moody but easy to look over because she means well. She told me it means a lot that I ride them out with her lol. I have really loved getting to know her. She is not easily angered or irrational so that's good lol. So, I realized all cancers are not created equal!

And as tempting as dating another water sign would be, I don't think I could do that right now, lol. My longest relationships have been with Aquarius for some odd reason actually. I still look back at them fondly!No drama, relaxed, and hardly ever argued. Break ups were caused by other life factors and not because we couldn't stand each other, thankfully. Although I did have one Aquarius and he was really emotional and it became ridiculous and I couldn't do it anymore

Yeah the mistake you're making is thinking in terms of Sun signs, and that's just too unreliable....there's a full chart, houses, and a myriad factors that come into play...you also have to see how each planet and aspect relates to yours....

Don't pay attention to someone who is going to continue to be subjective and believe that astrology is very cookie cutter. It's painfully obvious he knows nothing about it. A Cancer sun with a Aries moon and a Aries sun with a Cancer moon are actually very different based on the aspects and placement of other planets. As well as a million of other things.

Looking and reading a composite chart would answer many questions related to compatibility. Or look at the Conjunctions of Synastry as I already mentioned before. The likelihood of meeting someone else with the same exact chart and placements is almost a rarity. So of course every single experience, relationship, friendship is just going to be different. You can call out some generalizations that apply of course,but never as accurate as doing a full chart. House, aspects, planets, degrees, T zones etc.

I created my profile just two days ago to specifically POST on OPs thread. I feel like she was misinformed about astrology as a whole regarding her prior cancer fling. Which is why I jumped in. Regrettably I see why joining wasn't a good idea. I have been lurking for months before joining and I thought I stated that too.

For the record, stereotypically Aries and Scorpio is supposed to clash. But from experience, as friends it actually works out all right if both sides are mature.

Relationship-wise though, Aries/Scorpio pairing can go either way - very very good or very very painfully bad.

I am aries, was married to a scorpio.. not a good pairing. I mean, we got a long well, and he was a great guy, when he wasn't lieing. However, when there was a disagreement, quarrel, whatever,, all he would do was clutch his jaw, I could see his muscle clinch, off and on, off and on. That would so piss me off. I felt like screaming, say something!!!!! Don't just sit there!! So, it ended. Aries are probably to honest for their own good and can not understand, sneaky, liars. Not saying all scors are like that.

WOW OMG GUYS. For the record, he has a girlfriend!!! Of 3 years and living with her- and she is pregnant with his freaking child and he has two other kids with another woman (oh and 37) Please for GOD'S SAKE, he is a guy at work I get along with and we have become close friends, as well as me his girlfriend (they have taken me out a few times). I am NOT pursing him. This is annoying.

So at work yesterday I finally brought up to him, I totally thought you were Pisces because you don't act like a typical Aries and he started laughing and was like, "OH Really??" I then asked him if he has a short temper and we was like, "No actually I don't. Not at all"

He doesn't really know much about astrology and he actually laughs sometimes when I'm trying to explain.

"What you don't believe it!?"

And he laughs and says, "no no, go on" But I know on the inside he is probably just amused and finds it funny. His girlfriend believes in astrology so he just rolls his eyes sometimes when I mention it because he is like, "Wow, you're just like my GF. She does this ALL THE TIME."

Anyway his GF is a Libra (surprise, surprise), I actually knew her before I knew him but we were not close. She works at this Vitamin Store I'd visit often with an Aquarius ex (fitness trainer)and she told me that her boyfriend works for BLANK. When I was hired there- that is how I got to know him. Really successful business man and we get along WONDERFULLY! I was shocked because I thought we were going to have problems because he is ABOVE ME. He oversees everything I am doing. But we have the best work relationship and it's awesome.

I told him that Libras and Aries pair really well and he just laughed, "Me and my girlfriend fight all the time. In fact, she more strong willed than I am. Is that supposed to happen"

I answered I don't know...because I honestly don't know. LOL She is pretty crazy because she is after his ex and always harassing his ex with things. They are not "divorced" yet, so his Libra GF accuses his ex with trying to get back with him although they are not living together (yes, he has told me all this). Turns out Ex has feelings for him still and uses both his daughters to manipulate and get's what she wants. I don't know her sign though.

It's all pretty messed up, lol.

I made this post to point out the fact that he is way different for Aries I am used to and wanted to know more about his personality. THAT'S ALL. I don't need accusations or attacks.

And I did state in my last Cancer topic that I am taking a whole year off to just not date. I wrote that way before I posted this thread because I wanted to find contentment in myself and not another man. And I'm really enjoying the single life. If you were to go back, you would see that as clear as day. Sometimes people are so quick to jump to conclusions. :/
