Do Aries Women Experience Fasting Challenges

I'm trying to do intermittent fasting. Only eating from 1-6pm in the day. This is for weight loss purposes and it works for me personally.
It's hard bcz I was dating and would go out to eat a lot.
I also have a really hard time with self control.
If you mean in a spiritual way I haven't done that in years...
Dating makes fasting hard. Work makes it easy though bcz I'm busy most of the day and can't do mindless snacking like I would usually do.

I’m going to fast myself of alcohol & I've gotta pick another vice.
I’m doing it to gain more control of my life.
How long do you want to fast?
Don't break an extended fast with meat, starchy foods or dairy unless you want to be feeling like you're knocking on death's door.

The longest I've ever gone without eating is a week. Each time was because of depression, so there weren't any hurdles for me. Even the smell of food made me nauseous.
I just did a water fast for 2 weeks. I'll take a break for a day and go back to it I think. The hurdles were the first three or 4 days. After that it's not hard. I enjoyed it. Just drink plenty of water.
Never done it.... I don't even think I can go a whole day without food.. or even a few hours.. lol
Sometimes I’ll fast for around 8-12hrs before I do fasted cardio, but most of those hours I’m sleeping.. I don’t do any of that other fasting stuff.. it’s not healthy & can mess up your metabolism
