how to make an aries man get over you

so my only serious relationship was with an Aries (22), we had known each other for 2 years and he kept insisting so we got into a relationship for 2 years after that. he is a boxer and has rather aggressive tendencies. I helped him change his ways and even his mum thanked me for this as she had been worried about him for the longest. At first we were cool, i knew he liked to mess around but i thought that discussing it wouldnt make a diff so i just let him realize he was wrong on his own. Time went by and he got really obsessive/protective/jealous over me to the point that if i didnt write him for 2 hrs hed blow up my phone telling me he was done cause he was scared i was going to leave him. He would always question my integrity though he had tested me (behind my back) making old friends i had a connection w write me to see how id respond and i was always loyal to him (i found out about this later). So alot more went on and i decided to break up, he was ready to marry me, but that wouldve been a nightmare. i developed anxiety cause i wanted to leave him but i was scared to hurt him as he had threatened to commit suicide if i left him. till today he still messages me telling me he loves me, ive changed my phone block him on social media, but he somehow always manages to find me. and everytime he does anxiety kicks in. i just want him to forget me for good/ any tips?

You could just text him once about this anxiety condition you have...

Something on the lines of: "I've developed this and this condition and I feel like killing myself every time you contact me... Please stop". Then block his number.

I have. He dosent take a no for an answer 😢 he just writes me like were friends and cool and then tells me he still loves me and he cant forget me. Total psychopath

I wish but he constantly tells me hell always love me and its been a yr yet still hes not dated anybody else . You know how they say be careful w what you wish for? Well i wished hed always love me when i didnt know about his psychopath tendencies ....

Very true! It's been, what, almost 2 years now since my Virgo ex and I parted ways,cand I'm just beginning to move on!!!!

I don't think this is sign related, I think this has more to do with the fact that he might suffer a mental illness, and is very emotionally manipulative. Maybe he has some water placements, which could explain the manipulating part, but the best thing to do in this case is to just ignore him. I may sound cold here, but that's not my intention. If he says he will commit suicide, then oh well. Everyone has the conscious CHOICE to control themselves and control their behaviour. Even if he has emotional/mental issues, it does not justify him treating you that way. He is trying to get a response from you every time. I've had similar experience with this type of thing, but with a water sign.

im a water sign and i only "manipulate" harmlessly, like ignoring, flirting, silent treatment when i dont agree w something youve done or im not getting something i need from you. Anyways im way past that. I like to sort things out like an adult. Just so my own behaviour has nothing to do with his.

^yeah I wasn't generalizing, I said maybe he had some water placements that could influence how he acts, because typically aries don't do the manipulating thing, we're straight shooters. Some aries men can be like this though, they continually pester someone they are interested in or when they want your attention. You don't have to deal with him period. If he keeps harassing you, maybe even consider legal action, he seems like a creep.
