To improve sleep naturally, try establishing a calming bedtime routine, limiting screen time before bed, and practicing relaxation techniques like deep breathing or meditation. Regular exercise during the day and avoiding caffeine in the evening can also help promote better sleep without medication.
Lavender Essential Oil 100% behind ears, Epsom salt non smell/baking soda/lemon juice bath, stress or type of food is a cause of insomnia.

Do you work out or exercise or run/walk...anything?? Getting outdoors helps clear you mind and thoughts and you sleep so good at night...I sleep a full 8 hrs since hiking/running.
If you're on the lazy side, works too at a nice pace though..you can't just stroll along!!
Agree no pills and yes the lavender induces sleep too...your body needs to be "run down" enough at night to sleep solid.
Also melatonin is natural..
I'm an insomniac...
...and I like insomnia.
However, when I must, must go to sleep, I drink (usually red wine) until relaxed. That's just me. Nothing else works.
Whoops sorry meant to say "clear YOUR mind" and I meant to say "WALKING works too at a nice pace"
Reading Stephen King's "Insomnia," ironically, helped too. Took a long time for that book to get pop'n but, it was really good.
@Jahlia-
thats very interesting. that's something ill definitely have to try. hopefully mastering the balance wont be so hard.
VenusAquarius-
For some odd reason drinking just does not work for me. ill end up sulking in the fact that my mind is torturing me with a million thoughts of if's, and's, & but's.. so to speak. reading doesnt usually help either but i will definitely look into that book by Stephen King. Thank you (:

just thinking about that bath eases me already. i will definitely try this remedy thank you so much. im not exactly stressing over anything, but i do have a problem in over thinking situations. past, present, future, everything. Sometimes i think at certain points in my life i begin to think like a scorpio.

Somebody needs to hit the J.
I'll never smoke to sleep. me + weed = chaotic storm of thoughts & heightened insomnia.
happens every time man . every .... effin .... time.
Posted by PotHeadVirgo22
True, but what about the come down? That has to make you tired if you're smoking a stronger strain. No?
yes it would have to be a strong strain but i prefer to stay away from them because they give me panic & anxiety attacks. my reaction to weed is very different from most people. it wasnt always like that but over time thats what its become.
i used to be able to smoke large amounts without a problem. Now my mind js cant take it. so i stick to lower grades but higher than stress! stress is js nasty lol
Man i hate when people try to smoke me out w. stress. Like do you want me to have a headache for the next 4 hours ?? that shit gets me tight ! ( mad ) lol & Yesss that i am, sadly.
A gun ??.. it's never THAT serious lol
well .... i suppose im scared of my own mind. Have you seen my chart !?
I have an infinite amount of thoughts daily , it's almost insane
Non scent epsom salt breaks negative cycle of nervous system, baking soda is aura, Lemon Oil, apologize not lemon juice, consumes clean energies steering away from negativity. Thoughts send out vibrations in the brain's energy levels, disruption with aura. A clean state of mind means being open, in leading to dreaming. Being able to dream all sorts of things. You're very welcome, 🙂.

I know im not the only insomniac on this site.
For the past week my insomnia has been really bad. I hate it ! My mind wouldnt shut off to save my life. The most sleep i've had is 2 hrs, thats a new record for me. People always suggest sleeping pills but i dont like taking meds unless its a matter of life or death. My question is do any of you know a natural remedy to help you sleep at night ? & if you'd like to share your take on insomnia id be more than interested to listen to your issues(:
