This is not a typical Aries thing, this is typical of a person that is either unsure of how you feel, or is simply unaware of what you want. I cannot judge her based on what you told me because I would need more context, but Aries women are quick to show interest, but slow in terms of relationship progression and building a foundation (at least in my case that's how it was with my fiancé). I think she likes you, and maybe you should just be honest with how you feel. Just because there is no verbal flirting, doesn't mean she doesn't like you.
