Looking back at 2013: How did the year treat you?

I finally feel I'm shrugging off weight that was holding me back for *years.* Personally and professionally. I felt like some unseen cosmic force held me back while I was watching everyone else make progress.

It was incredibly frustrating, but in trying to look at the positive side of it:
I learned more about finishing things that I start (Sometimes you just have to power through it)
Taking care of myself through eating right and stabilizing my mood.
And all of the years of feeling held back helped me feel like a gained a bit more patience and planning.

Just plain awful. 2013 was a very hard year for me....

Sorry to hear that guys. I don't know about you, but the last several years put a real damper on my fire. I feel like i'm just now recovering

My year has been very similar to yours ari3sfire! Finally moving forward in the direction I want... been feeling like I've been held back by invisible forces and no matter how much I struggled I could never get a step in front of me. But this year was really good for me. I learned a lot about myself and was able to start moving forward, which is all I can ask for 🙂.
