Tears in Heaven by Eric Clapton reflects emotional loss and healing, often linked to sensitive water signs like Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces. Astrologically, such themes relate to the Moon and Neptune, which influence feelings and spirituality. Understanding your zodiac can reveal how you process grief and emotional pain.
interesting that a musical genius like Clapton can produce classics like "Layla" and "Pretending" and still manage to come out with the absolutely ridiculous "I shot the sheriff"
What WAS he doing that night—?
I guess we are all entitled to a bad day every now and again...
....like a fool, I fell in love with you - you turned my whole world upside down...
yep, definitely written by an Aries!
...please don't say we'll never find a way, and tell me all my love's in vain...
I think original Layla was an Arabian princess who was made to marry some random bozo by her father (she was in love with another of course)
Then Clapton (some years later) turned it into the rock anthem we all know and love and sang it one night to a bunch of friends including George Harrison and his wife and later confessed to George he had the hots for his Mrs. (Pattie Boyd)
They did eventually marry but sadly it later crashed and burned.

Can't blame Eric for "I shot the sheriff". Bob Marley wrote that one, if I recall correctly. 🙂
This only proves my point that whoever wrote the song was doing stuff at the time!
Funny I remember EC singing it, but not Bob...when I think of Bob I think of "Dreadlock Holiday" but of course that was 10cc. This blonde day too shall pass I guess.
luckily I am the only person on dxp old enough to remember any of this stuff...
^ is that lucky, unlucky or Arian optimism?
