Have you ever dreamed of the other in 12th house synastry?

I've had about 4 dreams in a row about this particular person who has his mars, Venus, and pluto in my 12th. All of them were somewhat realistic and happened after I lost contact with him.

I'm the house person so I don't know if he dreams of me.

Does the planet person dream too or is it only the house person?

I had huge crush on a cancer girl who also had mars/venus in my 12th conjunct my ascendant, so it was sun, mars, venus in my 12th house, but no dreams, sorry.
