They say it’s the house of career/how you carry yourself in public/how you move up in the world.

How does it work for you? And how does the opposing 4th house affect it? Did your upbringing affect the way you want to be seen in the world?

Virgo 10th house with Pluto. I excel at my career but can be a bit of a work alcoholic, i'm an over achiever and take a ton of pride in what I do. Very OCD too, everything is super organized.

My hubby has that too. That is exactly him. He cleans as a hobby. You know how they say 10th house will be like a response to the 4th house upbringing? So Pisces upbringing makes me wonder cuz his mom was unreliable and made his life very insecure. Hence the need to put life in order. Wonder if that’s a common thing.

Maybe, I had a very bad childhood/upbringing, but that involved my father moreso than my mother. He really did a number on my thinking I would never amount to anything and I was worthless. Most of what I have achieved in life is to prove him wrong.

My tenth house is Pisces 😂 God, I struggle with career. I'm all over the place, all the time. I've had more career paths than I can count on my two hands, and I'm only 26.

My fourth house is Virgo and, well, I've fallen in love with a Virgo who is actually really helping focus my wishy washy ways. He's not even doing anything to help me, his presence in my life just seems to make me want to work hard and acheive something...

I've always had a really keen sense that I need to do something creative. If I don't have an element of creativity in my job I feel like I'm slowly getting the life sucked out of me. That, come to think of it, is probably why I've had so many different jobs. Attracted by the glamour or romance of either the job itself or the life style it will cater for (ie, crappy retail or hospitality jobs so that I can work casually and have the freedom to be a tortured artist in my private life; doing gardening so I can work outside all day and float around tending roses... yep...)

At the age of 26 I'm finally planning on starting my first Bachelor's degree next year 😂 will I be able to stick it out? Who knows... it's psychology, so it should deeply satisfy my Scorpio sun. But I also have Saturn in the 9th house which makes me much more interested in ideas than solidity and stability when it comes to career. Ahh, me.

Sag MC fits me perfectly. I love it and own it because it is the reason for my love of foreign cultures, languages, and interest in traveling. I couldn’t imagine myself without it. My career dream is filling in the shoes of my Sagittarius MC

aw.. thats me too.

I have a Capricorn Midheaven. Brought up by one, and dating one.

I’m chill af though

i am intrigued by this midheaven/dating correlation...

not to derail this thread but can you provide anymore insight on that?

He’s 12 yrs the older. I’m cancer and they want to be paternal towards me and tame me, but my Aries rising makes me untameable. This cap has an Aries rising too so he backs off more

these are cap suns?

in your opinion, midheaven can/will play a factor in romantic attraction?

especially if say... the moon has good aspects to it?

that's funny, I'm mostly attracted to people with venus/moon opposing my 10th house

I don't have a good MC relationship on my natal chart, maybe that's why.

I got 10th house in pisces meaning I kinda got like a mystical aura in public like a magician/mystic for girls like a witch or a gypsy or something but that vibe kinda like make people uncomfortable especially in the public sense/career sense. I read somewhere it said 10th house in pisces is like a damned if u do damned if u don't type of placement like it don't matter what you do ppl are gonna feel a little iffy because u not like them
