He/she will take after their Father, Saturn Influenced. Also, this person will always feel comfortable in a "home setting." Very nostalgic, into the past. Think of this like a Cancerian Moon with pluto properties.

Kavya, first it's in it's natural place, and Scoprio is like the second natural place. The origin of Moon is in cancer in the 4th. All 3 houses/signs are the same. And Scorpio is water so it's the next best thing. It means strong roots, good home, good family, very in touch with your emotions.
