And their signs haha. What have you noticed?



At my lab,

Owner and boss is a libra.

Chick whose been there the longest (and is hated on due to her attitude) is a Leo.

Hardest worker. Taurus.

Grind work an Aries.

Then there's me. I'm everyone's bitch for the time being.

I'm a sag.



My entire workplace is composed of two Venusian men, a leo woman who is misunderstood, an Aries guy who throws shit but gets it done

And me.

Absolutely no water in my place. I notice we aren't too sympathetic here.

Small business I work at. I prefer it that way, more freedom, more chance for growth.



Does anyone else notice these little idiosyncrasies?

The boss and 3 coworkers are all aquas 😄 Complete harmony.

2 of the aquarius women are with scorpio men, which I found interesting.



The other temp job I am working to get some extra cash is more of a shitshow. It pays well but there was no interview process or anything LOL. So accordingly, lots of shady characters and lots of drama. Water water water everywhere.

Yesterday, I worked with a Libra and an Aqua and me, a gem. The atmosphere was indeed "trine"

Always good.

I however fix everyone's mess ups, and know all the answers. That's what I bring to the table.

I'm kind of being a lil crazy with my self description. Haha. I get the job done. But I'm quick, don't do much extra, and spend the rest of my day chilling. I've been there on and off 6 years. A monkey could do my job. It's hard to maintain enthusiasm. I love my coworkers.

I just do the bare minimum. Don't exert myself. I'm busy socializing and ordering takeout... fixing my makeup. Honestly, the job bores me. But the money for what we do, keeps me there. It's cake.

Scorpio and psycho.

He's a 40 year old mama's boy who cannot stand any sort of slight injustice that occurs to him. He harasses the workplace through the scheduling app by sending incessant messages about how his schedule isn't to his liking and people should swap/pick up shifts. And of course, they're always the shitty shifts and he expects his shitty shift to be swapped with a better shift. Or he's magically sick for all his bad shifts and tries that sob story approach to con people into picking up his shifts.

The constant self victimizing pisses everyone off and nobody really cares for him because of this.

Leo-

She's like all the other strange, nutter variety that I come across. Total drama queen, immature as shit, sob stories for days as long as she gets all this attention. We've caught her in some insane lies, like how she possibly had cancer, but the was telling everyone else she had kidney issues. Anything and everything that gets her attention, she'll do it.

Also one of the least liked there.

My team was composed of 4 Leos, 2 pisces, 1 Cancer, 1 Virgo, 1 Taurus, 1 Scorpio

Boss- Leo, hippish, laidback, close to retirement and gives zero fucks about leadership

Fave coworker- Libra/Pisces moon. Level headed. Superficial but generous. Recently quit ?

2nd fave coworker- Pisces/Libra moon...she retired last week ?. The voice of reason. Policy expert.

3rd Fave- Leo/Sag moon. The glue of the team and party planner. Sweet and competent.

Leo #3- The Jack of all Trades, expert at everything. Sneaky though, don't let your guard down.

Leo #4- Super Leo to the max. loud, big hair, patterned clothes. Doesn't know what the hell she's doing, and doesn't care.

Cancer- hilarious, independent, new and still learning

Virgo- sweet, but often confused. Competency is questionable.

Taurus- brash, funny, can be a bully. Competent but lazy.

Scorpio- Mostly only talks to Leo #3, and almost never comes to work. Competency level hard to determine

Me- The problem solver. What we do is mostly computer based. I pick up on things quick so I end up teaching others how to do it. People call me when they are stuck on a case to troubleshoot.

Ah, so you analyze too lol.

Also,

Two managers are Leos. One's kind of quiet and reserved. Has his moody or arrogant moments, but overall is a good dude. The other is more outgoing, but also the same thing- good dude.

Gem manager is catty, immature, and plays favorites to all the lazy housewives club at work. She's one I don't interact too much with because it's one of those you can take little doses of her at a time. She power trips too much too.

Another is a Cancer and she's a total sweetie. She's leaving soon and that makes me sad.

Scorpio- he tries to be mister by the book, says some odd stuff at times. As a manager, not one of my faves, but as a person he's a cool dude.

The Aquas at work are hit or miss. Some are princesses, some are chill as fuck.

A good chunk of the Aries there aren't too bad either, if I remember right. One, I just realized he was an Aries (we have birthday boards and he's been there less than a year), and I loled. He's such a manwhore. Made his way around the restaurant in no time after he started.

Can't recall many others that stand out that I know who's what.

There is a Leo kid there who makes me lol. I heart her. Such a chipper girl, works hard, etc. Has a fucked sense of humor, which is awesome.

There's an older lady who's a Cancer and she's moody and weird as eff. Double standards of she can but nobody can. If people throw her attitude back at her she gets all butthurt. She's not a bad person per se, just difficult to deal with when she's having her moods.

Anyone else that stands out as a dickbag are usually the lazy and immature and that spreads across all signs.

Boss...leo, great vision and big goals. Very loyal towards me, backs me and trusts my opinion.

Office Manager...Aquarius, chatty, very detail oriented. Keeps our lives organized.

Outside sales...Aries, talks a big game but rarely delivers. Has bad mouthed me in the past and it came back to haunt him. Is moving on from this job as he hasn't been delivering sales.

Drafter...Pisces, very scattered. Over promises and under delievers. I only send her work that isn't on a time rush.

Drafter...Virgo, reliable and thorough. If there's an issue or problem he always gives me several solutions.

Damn lots of Leo bosses

My bosses are Cancer and Virgo. I'm the manager of the business since day opened and they respect me a lot, I'm basically the image of the business. I'm an Aqua.

I get along well with both.

Cancer boss is sort of whiney, he talks too much about what he wants to make of the company but doesnt talk about the present.

Virgo- he listens to me because I give him rational ideas and answers. He gets frustrated easily and I can calm him down.

They are happy when they see the results.

I like to lay low at work...especially this job, not really my cup of tea. Lol. Anywhoozles...

Capricorn boss - she's either in a fabulous mood...friendly, competent, helpful and understanding...Or she's bringing drama from her personal life into the workplace and taking it out on everyone...insensitive, loud, emotional, hella demanding and too focused on everything but the present.

Aqua coworker - too chatty, a little "poor me" at times, but she gets everyone to laugh when she's having a good day.

Virgo 1 - a strict rule-follower, he's very quick to say what we're "supposed" to be doing...he power trips at times and he and the Aqua fight like cats n dogs a lot, I don't mind him though. He just needs to let his frustrations out and then he's pretty chill.

Virgo 2 - she's new but seems cool. She's a hard worker and gets shit done. She also seems to be in good spirits a lot, smiles a lot.

Then me, there's other coworkers but idk their birthdays yet lol. I can be in a great mood, friendly and get my work done on good days but some days (usually when everyone's in a pissy mood) I'm the slacker. Whatevs lol.

I work near an aries sun/aries moon. Us two double buddies hold down the fort. Haha. She likes to complain a lot, but she's upfront and knows the job well. She is also a very good conversationalist. She never is afraid to tell anyone what she thinks of them or if she thinks they're being annoying, etc.

My best bud in the work place is a virgo sun/aqua moon. She also knows her job extremely well and even if she is unsure of something, she stills speaks with confidence. She's so good at her job she gets selected to do things that people with a position higher than hers are apart of.

Scorp sun/aqua moon...well, he's good at conversing with all sorts of people. But, he gets overwhelmed easily and cannot take any form of help or constructive criticism unless it's from the boss. Virgo tried to give him some advice and he went straight to boss man. Doesn't like admitting his mistakes.

Scorp sun/cancer moon - boss man. Knows his job well, but often swayed by moods. It's hard to bring things up to him because he'll almost always turn a simple yes/no response into a half a hour rant.

There's a bunch of other people in the office, but I don't know their signs or didn't feel like listing them.

Ok,

Overall, my area is about 50% fire signs, 45% earth signs, with air and water signs sprinkled here and there. I work for a State agency.

Management(below) :

Assistant Commissioner: A Sag and older guy. Cool and funny as hell. Sits in his office all day and does nothing...but is extremely knowledgeable. Is like a father figure. Always speaks and chats with the regular employees. Like a Sag...knows how to be present but be low key enough to dodge bullets.

Director: A Scorp. Shrewd but makes dumb decisions(sorry Scorps but I do love y'all...forgive me) at the same time that are totally based on her moods which cause chaos. I like her personally but I seriously question her judgement. Has surrounded herself only with people she trust and they are basically "yes" people.

Assistant Directors(2): Don't know the sign of one but he's new. Is funny but weird. Sits in his office all day and is a bit of a disciplinarian but cracks sexual jokes that are borderline harassment. More of a boss than a leader. The other is a Sag female in her 30s. Is somewhat knowledgeable and driven, but half of the reason she is where she is is because she kisses the Director's ass. A little bit of a backstabber and hauty. Will probably get the Director's spot once the other one retires here shortly.

Managers(3): A Pisces, a Cap, and a Virgo(got hired right after the new Assistant Director). The Pisces is cool and old school. Worked her way up and doesn't kiss ass. Will question authority but knows where to draw the line. The Virgo is cool and I like her. As brought some much needed change in her area...buuuuut...she can be very mean spirited. Her jokes are basically put downs wrapped in humor. Lol is trying to recruit me back to her area...I started there. Then there's the Cap, my immediate boss. Knows just enough to cover her ass. Is sweet(at times...too bad she doesn't show it more), is a manager but not a leader. Is late....everyday and has been for the 15 years she's been there but nobody knows why and doesn't ask but it's a running joke around the office. Makes my job harder when talking to subordinates about them being late..."but the she comes in late everyday. She kisses the Director's ass and is friends with the Sag Assistant Director...who says nothing about her tardiness. Sits in her office all day and then leaves without telling us where she's going.

Supervisors(10+): I don't know all their signs but I'll talk about the ones I do. My mentor is a Taurus. Probably one of the most knowledgeable people there. Used to train all new employees and is a thorn in upper management's side...but the reason being is she calls them out on their shit. Is a leader but can be a little pushy. She's well liked and respected. Funny as hell and is the type of person who makes sure you're ok and and checks on you when you come back from being sick. Definitely an earth mother. Another is an Aries...lol the O.G. player. The joker of the group and king of comeback lines. Mean as hell though and always looks grumpy. He's cool and will have your back. Then there's a libra. Very classy and sweet. Keeps herself up. Is a leader but a little bit of a quiet control freak. We're friends and talk often. She's firm but fair. The Libra's sister is an Aqua and we both are Supervisors in our area. Very smart and funny but a bit emotionally detached. Strangely enough, she defers to me a lot when we're making decisions although she trained me when I got promoted and she's been there longer. Her and the Cap manager(our boss) are friends but she complains about her at times behind her back. We get along well. The only complaint I have about her is that she's forgetful at times and can be unfair...as in how she sees it is how she sees it no matter what evidence is introduced to the contrary...this is in regards to disciplinary problems.

Then there's me. Got promoted last year and a bit of a rebel in management. I pretty much go my own way. I'm a Sag Lol. Never kiss ass and worked my way up to my position by being persistent and doing hard work. There's a little bit of a Cold War between me and my Cap boss and mainly because I refuse to enforce double standards. I try to treat everybody fairly.

Well im a Leo......I have a Libra team leader who is probably one of the coolest guys you'll ever meet, he's very nonchalant though. Like doesn't care about anything, including problems his team may have lol. I have a Scorpio coworker who makes me sick. She's nothing but a nosey, sneaky individual who wants to know everyone's business so she could use it against them. Almost like my Scorpio EX who works a little further down from me in the same building. Claims to be to himself, yet secretly tries to sleep with any new girl who gets hired and sent to his area. A complete jerkface. (so glad I'm with my Virgo now) I have a Pisces friend who is really younger than me and so drawn out emotional ?? like extremely drawn out. I love her to death but she demands so much attention by being so emotionally depressed all the time. Oh and last but not least I have a Aries coworker who makes me feel like I wish the purge was real ( OK no I don't I'm sorry ??). I cannot stand her she does nothing but gossip and lies, lies and gossip she's just really a terrible person it really makes me look at Aries completely different because of her......very tactless individual.

I prefer big business, where oportunities and challlenges are everywhere.

About noticing, I do it all the time, but I go beyond current co-workers, some I contact almost every day.

One of my previous co-workers is an aquarius sun. His Ego is strong about computers and technology, he will watch all trends and send it to me, what I can say is that I learned alot with his inputs. One thing about aqua is that no matter what, new tech is always good for him, from me I choose, I have Aqua vocation (MC).

One of my Bosses for many years now is Cancer Sun and Aqua Rising, he is really a mix of both worlds, he understands both business and techonology. I have mars in Cancer.

Former CEO is Gemini Sun, excelent speaker but at internal projects I clashed with him. I believe its my Gemini rising, since full gemini ego is stronger, I see a parallel, like father and son.

One of previous co-workers, gemini sun, I talk about astrology, numerology and a bunch of new subjects. Also gemini sun has you notice, one day at lunch with former CEO I mentioned some about astrology and he was pretty excited, asking me alot of how to calculate, and when I said I had gemini rising he gave me an hi five.
