Thinking of getting my chakras aligned Sunday, too. Any luck or belief in that as well?

Spending my day off with a tarot/medium reading, followed by acupuncture. Desperately trying to get my shit in order.

the needle treatment was good but it isn't one i would choose first, but i do believe it works

i studied the chakra healing and spiritual and reiki healing and use that often and also read cards, have done for a long time, but prefer oracle cards these days

the healing arts changed and improved my life

I had acupuncture in my 20s, with needles and cups, many sessions, done by a TCM doctor. It helped in some ways, not others. I probably wouldn't do it again, not the needle type anyway. The doctor was good - properly trained, so I'm not blaming them, it just isn't something that my body responds to well.

I've had a deep tissue massage... otherwise, nope. Can't help you there.

I've had dry needling done. It was aight

Yesssss.....l quit smoking, healed my insomnia, relaxed me generally, got my mood and stuff sorted...they have many many options, for physical, mental, spiritual etc...you talk about your problems, they ask you questions, they know exactly what you need, it's unbelievable...you should go once a month if you can. I forget to go, and the years go by but if l went often l'd be in perfect health! It's like a magic wand, seriously they can fix anything. It takes a few sessions, but what do you want, man? It's like a magic wand that fixes everything in one to three weeks.

I loved it!!!

Had a great reading, followed by a really relaxing acupuncture session.
