Am I the only one who cant see the opposition qualities of Gemini and Sag?

They seem like the same damn sign to me. haha

Am I alone here?

What are the most obvious differences I'm missing.

Both are so much fun! Love them.

I think it's so weird that people hate gems, and love sags on dxp. Like.... had you ever actually met a sag— Lol they are not our opposites trait-wise, at all. You can't hate one and love the other, or vice versa, it just doesn't make sense.

I agree!

Gems have more of a nervous energy than us Sags. For the most part we're very similar though, love my Gem friends!

I don’t hate Sags but I do find them more shifty than Gems tbh. But then I’ve been thrown under the bus by several Sags so I’m biased lol

Whereas Gems have actually surprised me in that respect, they’re more loyal than given credit for.

I think gem are more all over the place than sag. A bit crazy but in a funny way. Sag seem a bit deeper for me but lots of fun too.

I don't know many Gem's sadly :/

The ones I did know, I had great times with. Very fun and witty. I think they are very changeable not in a bad way of anything, just moving around people, like airy.

People that are heavy on Sag placements are really fond of nature and traveling. They love the road as much as they love the world at large (going places / anytime - anywhere).

Same can't be said about people that are heavy on Gemini placements. This ones - are more fond of the city life. They might enjoy a vacation - once in awhile, but not to often. And not in solitude (on their own). In that sense - nature in not really their thing (the wild part - which heavy Sags seem to enjoy / since they're more wild/savage themselves). Unless they're in good company (hiking with their group of friends - for example). Heavy Sags can find some company along the way. They're far better - at mixing with complete strangers (: and engage them - as if they're old acquaintances).

Also, heavy Gems have a way with words (well-versed - so to speak). While heavy Sags - can be really blunt with the way they express things (again, kinda savage). They have no filter. (:

They definitely share more similarities than they do differences.

Both sanguine, spontaneous, and ambivert. Both enjoy collaboration and discussion. Gems are better conversationalists, but Sags make better storytellers. Main differences I've noticed are that Sags are more impulsive and emotionally reactive, and Gems, less so. The latter is more cautious and intellectually curious, constantly searching for activities to occupy themselves with.

Also, Gems are more quick-witted, but I personally find Sags more humorous.

i always confuse gems for sag lol but never the other way around. but i’ve figured the opposition is: gems take info in while sags give it all out.

sag is about learning and expansion which confused me as i’ve only known them to preach what they believe is true even if they are wrong. but i have aqua mercury and may just like to find the flaws in what they preach so confidently.

but i’ve figured the expansion thing refers to the risk u take acting on information you don’t know is true, then learning from your own experience. the arrogance i’ve noticed in a few sag suns may be where a sag hasn’t experienced something but still attempts to teach about it.

geminis however learn from watching others have an experience and this includes manipulating others to learn from their reactions. i guess this is where the lying comes from. gemini gathers all the info it can while using a mask of lies as cover for ignorance. of the geminis i know, one is very preachy and always quoting some proverb or wisdom - but it’s always a quote and never a story of his own.

ultimately they are both very social chatty signs and that is the connection. the basis/method of socialising are different but the motives on both sides are communication and learning.

that’s how i see it anyway. i wanna meet more gems
