Yes.

It's incredible to have space from the chaos of the world, the heaviness of everyone's energy and your own negative thoughts holding you back.

It's like these crystal clear moments that carry on with you, take the edge off and allow you to see things from a higher perspective. There is nothing like stepping outside of yourself to just observe and let go of things that serve you no purpose.

Freedom.
What do you usually think about when you meditate? How does meditation help us? I'm just learning a little more about it now.

I would recommend meditating at your usual time that you

are comfortable with and over time..

you will want to automatically do it longer. Because

at least for me, I felt my original time wasn't enough. I think an

hour a day was kind of the longest for me and I

was okay with not going over that for a while.

Early mrng I go for jogging....then as I return home...turn on the AC and sit direct front of its wave....and meditate...
It actually calms me down (cool breeze boosts meditation)....all the mess dirt chaos going in ur mind comes to an end...u feel lively...
As if everything (whole universe) in inside u...
Extremely slow movement of planets, dust etc
And most importantly it helps in increasing concentration.....30min meditation is enough..try it from YouTube videos...u will feel its wonders in no time 😄

Thanks did it twice today felt refreshing
