I never understood the appeal of heroin. I'm sure it's a proper cinema going on in your head, but i never liked the vegetative state it puts you in.
Always preferred dance drugs.
As for the question......he has no goals and the only exciting thing in his life are drugs and it turns into a spiral leading nowhere. 2 cents.
eek, out of all the aquas I know they've dabbled in weed.. never anything hard like that.
I'm guessin he may be bored? or hung out with a bad crowd and got hooked.
I know mine smokes weed because it's the only thing that slows his mind down and keeps him focused. He can't sleep without it, and he can't sit still. He's actually "normal" when he smokes and he doesn't get stoned unless he wants to. He has ADHD as well.
I know weed isn't anywhere close to heroin, but maybe a similar reason.

I’ve seen more Cancer Taurus and Gemini addicts in my career than any other sign. I’m talking hard drugs too.
What kind?
A lot of Aquas are psychonauts myself included and need to understand and push our minds to the limit, it’s a very personal journey and the insight it brings is sacred to us.
Sometimes we go down the wrong path, I know opioids is a very dark path for anyone to go down but drugs like LSD, DMT, psilocybin and other’s are enlightening and expand awareness and that’s the right path to be on.
DMT and ayahuasca have been proven to treat heroin well after you detox it from your system first. These drugs open your mind up to a higher purpose and shows you that drugs weren’t meant to be abused but used to assist you

I'm sorry, I'm posting this from my phone and hoping the post goes to the right place. It may be a silly question, as, all signs can get addicted to anything, but, I guess I'm looking for any insight as to why an Aquarian man would get addicted to drugs. To be specific, Heroin. I guess I'm just wondering what the mindset going into it would be. Just, what could have caused it. I'm sorry, again, if this is a dumb question. I know everyone of every sign can get addicted to anything. I just....I guess I'm looking for any type of insight.
