I'll take a stab at this.
I assume you want us to consider all your placements as one whole.
I would say a fire sun with some personal planets in earth signs, or an earth sun (preferably Capricorn or Taurus) with personal planets in fire signs.
Venus in Pisces is the tough one for me. I've found that people whose sun sign matches my Venus are incredibly attractive to me, but I don't think a water sun would mesh well with the fire in your chart, especially a Pisces sun. That person would need a lot of fire, in my opinion, to be a decent match.
