I saw the aquarius one. lol I didn't like it. What the hell? treehouse?

weirdly I always watched the tiny homes, and like smaller spaces. (that's Capricorn and cancer axis!!!)

and I like the virgo one, the living in the suburbs.

but I don't like chatty watty with the neighbors though.

so, maybe the condo with my man (he's leo dominant, and I do notice he likes space)

That was fun. Mr Aqua would go for the funky treehouse ( he loves watching Treehouse Masters) or the house with lots of land (Taurus moon).

They didn’t really have anything I liked as far as space. I liked the Leo and Cappy decor, but no condos or apartments for me. Put me in a big modern modular home in the high desert on 5 acres, or a 5000 sq ft apartment in Manhattan, and I'd never leave.

If I had the money I'd prefer to buy a lot of land near the lake or river or just near water with a house that has a nice veranda around to sit out and enjoy the view.

My 4th house is Taurus. The Taurus house fits the style of my current home just two story.

I'm still looking online for homes as I'm moving soon. Because it's so close to Mexico, the homes are of a very similar style but, I love the grand staircases and the second floor balconies.

that's way too creepy. the last two homes ...lol

nice to trek around in but not to live in....needs a lot of renovation and clean up. And you'd need millions to clean that up.

to own those homes in the west coast ( you said close to mexico?) or south west...

you'd have to have a very very high income. Or with two high incomes. lol

those homes are easily up to 600k to 1 million and more.

how much income do you need to buy an average home of 500k—

http://www.city-data.com/forum/new-jersey/1744713-can-i-afford-500k-house.html

from site: "I'm trying to figure out if I'm in over my head here.

Taxes are also 11k/year

Currently, my wife and I are living on just my income. She will be done school in less than a year and will start out making around 60k. We want to buy a home that we can settle into, start a family, and not move for at least 10-15 years. At 300k-400k, you really do not get much in central-north Jersey. We don't want to buy a home only to move when she starts working. I also want to take advantage of the low mortgage rates.

Here are some pertinent information about me:

-I'm 26

-I make 100k gross. I expect my salary to increase 3% -5% /yr over the next few years

-Preapproved for 480k house at 3.1% (assuming 20% down)

-I have 150k cash

-I have 40k in my 401k

-I have no debts but I will be getting a car soon

-I have monthly bills of around $ 800

With taxes my monthly payment would b around $ 2700

My biggest worry is if I lose my job in the next year. My wife won't be working yet and I will only have funds to last a few months.

If all goes well. With both our incomes we would try to pay this off in 7-10 years(or should we not with such a low rate?).

This is a HUGE decision for us. Please provide any advice you can and thanks in advance."

Hmm my house is much more Aquarius, i love being in nature.. feels like my natural habitat but i love the comfort and closeness of the Cancer one, just on a much larger scale.

I like the nature thing since we do live around nature.

kind of like a Cottage (the Libra one) but with nature, and also like the Virgo one (suburban) but not so chatty watty.

it's small and spacey but not up in the tree. lol

the only thing I like about the aquarius is the "nature"....other than that...I don't like to be high up in heights.

but I think if there were dangerous insects, animals on the ground and we lived in the jungle....that's the only safe place then. fine...lol but I wouldn't want to live in the jungle in the first place.

LOL an airstream

I like the Libra cottage and the Pisces manor.

the pisces manor seems kind of creepy. I understand having "roommates" in a way...cause it's nice to have a big family. Not strangers though. lol

but the manor is so "open" which I don't like. It should be covered with trees and nature. not exposed to the harsh elements.

it's not a mansion but more like 4 structures shaped like a square- with like a courtyard

kinda looks like this

Image Not Found

jesus Christ that looks like some Chinese dynasty place.

a huge compound with a lot of families living in it...it's its own very community.

all you need is a marketplace too. lol

these are traditional homes and some are like 800 years old.. it's sometimes really old, sort of crumbly and there are leaks sometimes and even mites so fixes are always made especially during typhoons

and it's a long walk to the market and to your job and the roads to get there are pretty slim so you have to either ride a bike or walk

True regarding the last ones and their need for renovation and a lot of money to get it there. I just like their look though with their mysterious, dark and beautiful creepiness.

If given money to fix their structural issues they'd make a real cool bed and breakfast for those who feel similar. As for living in, the first one is definitely the route I'd go. Seems peaceful.

Then again I do love Spanish and Mediterranean style homes as well. I'm all over the place when it comes to the stylistic choices in housing. 😛

I don't know what's suspicious. Yes, I did show them. My husband and I are looking this morning. (I showed him this thread/post). Houses in Atlanta are huge and the cost varies by neighborhood. Here's my current.... I don't buy, I rent. I have to be able to move for career opportunities. However, this job is paying all relocation and would have paid for the home sale cost. Others jobs don't... I've only been in ATL for 2 yrs.

I'm an aquarius and the treehouse is accurate for me. Especially since I love outdoors and feel more centered and at peace when I'm in nature. My future home will definitely have a treehouse for me lol
