Can prominent Neptune in your chart bring a confused identity crisis?

According to astrotheme, Neptune is one of my three dominant planets. And right now in my life I'm going threw a period of not knowing who I am. Does Neptune cause this you think?

It depends on the condition of Neptune: house, sign, aspects...

The Sun is identity. I'm more inclined that it is the condition of your Sun and perhaps transits, the degree, or progression.

A Saturn return often puts identity at crisis but in a different way.

Also, it is unknown what type of of "period" you are going through: family, 4th house; career/public image, 10th house; relationships, etc.

A very ambiguous question...

Well obviously my Sun is in Virgo and its currently translating in Libra. But my Neptune is in the 7th house so that does perhaps add confusion in relationships. But I'll find myself eventually.
