Do certain signs get turned on by tone of voice?

I think it may be water signs? I have a mercury in pisces or maybe it has to do with ascendent but tone of voice can really turn me on....

What do you think/do certain tones of voices get to you?

I think the order of sensitivity to sounds goes: Water sings, then earth, the fire and lastly air signs

Heck yeah. I love deep manly voices....and soft and sensual. I hate when guys are really loud and obnoxious actually anybody whose loud and obnoxious.

@bubblyaquarius: I would never hook up with anyone just based on voice, it's just that if someone has the combination of a sexy voice and good lucks , then it's really hard to for me to not get worked up (if you know what I mean)

I wonder if there is a certain placement/position that indicates an attraction to certain sounds/voices......

and I was going to revise my order to : Water-Fire-Air-Earth

Maybe because I have Moon in 3rd house (and listen to spoken-word radio rather than watching TV) I am responsive to voice. For example, I recently heard a brief extract from an old interview with the novelist Agatha Christie and thought what an intelligent and sexy voice she had, although from photographs of her I would not find her that physically attractive.

I'm still feeling there are more amazing fire singers than water. I'll have to research!!! hmm But I def like the looks of that list better than the first. Earth really is last....

I don't have a Water Mercury but I'm very tone sensitive. I don't like high pitched "cutting" voices. I'm less fond of most female voices than most male voices. I like that my voice has dropped with age. I always feared that I'd gain a high shrill voice with age like many women do. But it's more about tone than voice. I don't know that any voices turn me on though a "flowing" smooth speech is sexy. Just someone with an above average understanding of grammar and extended vocabulary, who's very eloquent and just makes it sound innate (unlike me).

May I ask what are some of your placements?

A deep, manly voice is a definite turn on! Even more so if it has a southern drawl! 🙂

I get turned on by sound of voice, to a point where it can be a make it or break it for me. I know that sounds a bit shallow and ridiculous, but it's the truth. I like the sound of man. Specifically man whose voice is smooth as silk and deep but not like baritone deep. And I like it when it not only soothes my ears but also my heart and my soul. I like a voice that can put me to sleep and bring comfort even if there is distance in between. I like a voice that may seem fierce to strangers with danger but to me sends a safety relief .

I don't think it's shallow at all, and I am getting a theory that Water sings may be the most sensitive to tone of voice, I don't think voice would ever be make it or break it for me though. is it just me or do scorpio's usually have really nice voices? I liked this Scorpio girl once and I use to hear her voice from afar when she was talking and it always would affect me from even far away, it was kind of funny.

and yes tone of voice on the phone means a lot you usually can somewhat tell people emotions through there tone of voice.
