I have a friend with 3 personal ones (Moon, Venus, Mars).

How many do you have? How do you balance out? How do you cope? Are you a control freak or an emotional mess?

How else are you affected? How do you survive this shit? I must admit, I am mildly jealous of people who have a lot of their chart in exaltation.

I only have two, Venus in Pisces and Jupiter in Cancer. I'm not a mess emotionally or otherwise. I love having Jupiter in Cancer in my 4th house too because family comes to my rescue in life a lot and I have a deep reverence for them that most people never experience for their own families. It can make me feel like an alien at times, but I'm a happy alien. I have blessings that others don't have.

Venus in Pisces, 12th house, is a little trickier and I've had to learn to deal with it over the years.I don't have lots of secret meaningless love affairs like all the online astrologers and astrology books say you do with this position. In fact, I've never had a secret love affair. I do keep a lot of secrets though. I hate to appear vulnerable and when you're naturally a giver, Venus in Pisces makes you something of a sucker for everyone with a story, you learn the need to protect yourself. You can't just give and give endlessly of yourself because it's exhausting. You learn you have to set limits. And sometimes it's just easier to keep secrets than to try to explain absolutely everything to everyone. So I am very charitable, but within limits.

I'm exalted in Venus (Pisces) and Mars (Capricorn). I'm a selfless and hard-working lover, among other things.

I'm ultra romantic but my Cappy Mars keeps me as grounded as I possibly can. The hot-air balloon is always in the air, but still can get hitched to a rope from the ground.
