I planned my daughter to be an Aries born on my birthday. Got conception correct down to my birthday. ..
But...
I had C-sections, requiring scheduling and my doctor wanted to take her early because I have large babies.
So, she's a Pisces.

I realize this is the Astrology forum, however, this thread would lead some to believe that one day you looked up your chart and decided you are either a confident person or not a confident person.
Nope...this is something that comes from PARENTS and upbringing from the day you arrived into this world....real life stuff.
If you weren't raised to have confidence and received reassurance by good parents, life experience might be able teach you along the way. Question is..will you learn from it or defy it?
I agree not all of it comes from a chart makeup, however, I have known people who have had bad upbringings -where there parents were not very involved in Their lives- and they are very confident people. I think this is where the chart comes in.

Curious to know what you personally know of the American education system? Perhaps you speak of a specific state/area?? There are kids in high school here who take up to 20 credits of college while in high school, along with a multitude of elective langauges taught and yea...math too.
Well I went to a college prep, blue ribbon, all- girls academy ( 20 credits and all). It was very difficult to get into that school ( tests and interviews required).
I remember being in my chemistry class with some of the girls that came from wealthy families from Mexico and they would be so bored, never studied for any of the science or math classes. I asked what their " strategies/ techniques" were and they said "nothing... You just don't get it. This might be an AP class but we were doing this and calculus when we were like 10 yrs old. It's annoying because even though we speak the language fluently, we still had to flunk a grade JUST BECAUSE we lacked US history!"
I've had other friends from Mexico/ South American / Europe and they say the same thing. Math and sciences are much more advanced as a STANDARD than here in the US.click to expand

I would be inclined to agree, but I think it might not be that simple.
Ex: my siblings and I were brought up equally the same (especially my sister and I who are only a year apart. My brother is 6 yrs younger).
My sister has: Pisces sun, moon, merc & mars. Cap venus and Virgo Asc. The only fire she has is Neptune in Sag. Despite our same chances in life and upbringing ( neither of my parents believed in having favorites and did a great job at treating us equally), she lacks a lot of confidence... It's almost unbelievable and a bit draining to listen to. She is also absolutely beautiful but she still puts herself down beyond belief. We all ask ourselves why. It's as if she likes to suffer fools.
My brother perhaps had it harder than us, but he is very confident. He is a Virgo with cap moon, venus & mars in Leo, Aries Asc ( I thought he was Sag. But was wrong).
Anyway... My brother doesn't believe in astrology, but raises an eyebrow when sees how accurately his birth chart describes him as a full grown man with personality devoloped .
Same for my sister.
So I am not fully convinced on it just being upbringing and environment.
99.9% is, unless you were bounced from home to home from the time you were born until you were independently on your own. Even still a person whose brain is not fully developed absorbs upbringing until the age of 21 whether they were in one home or many.
Now you show charts for your brother and sister, that's great, but you can't speak for their core. Meaning, you are describing what you see and perceive but you can't speak for what they took INTERNALLY from their upbringing and how they absorbed it. The only way Astrology walks in the door is how a chart MAY dictate how you go about your life whether negative or positive when you walk out the door on your own independently, not in college but in the real world working and supporting yourself.
