I started an internship earlier this month. The attorney I intern for is a Leo. July 30th. This is the first Leo (from my knowledge) I've been in close contact with. I'm sure her professional side is different from her social side but at work she seems to be very particular. I mean every "i" is dotted, "t" crossed. She's almost like a perfectionist. She's very hands on with her training...she shows me how to practice the law rather than telling....she give's constructive criticism, which I desire as an intern. Well put together lady I must say. As a younger crab, fresh in the legal field, I look up to her. I may ask her for her mentorship.

From my observation, she seems very caring and attentive. Feels good to meet another sign and we mesh well.

I was a supervisor once and found that my team members didn't like that I was always on them to do things by the book. My reasoning was because I believe that if you do things according to documented process that was CYA. Thats how I work and thats how I was determined to train/lead them. I was hard on them but in all fairness, I was much harder on myself.

From what you described, you can learn a lot from this internship and simply incorporate your way of doing it as you become more skilled and experienced.

Good luck.

This.

Plus it's the legal field-- you have to be precise.

And double space (ahem).

One of my higher ups who I work closely with is Leo too and just as you described. She's very particular, and by the book. She's good at motivating and she's warm too in a way too. Sometimes she can annoy me cuz she's gets bullish about certain things she should bend on but if I present it in a way that makes business sense she'll listen.

If you work in her region you have to pull your weight and make shit happen. She tries to help people reach their potential it seems. I like that about her.

It's going well guys despite most of you considering I'm having a horrible internship. lol. I was offered a full-time position, which I happily accepted. We're going out for lunch Monday. I love Leo women! You ladies are smart *wink
