How to tell if Taurus male is interested in me.

I am a Virgo female who has met a Taurus male and I have no idea if he likes me or not. Here's a summary of my experience with him so far:

I have noticed him staring at me a few times before we even started talking. Then, once we did start talking a little bit, we clicked really well. I first thought he liked me when I noticed that he looked at me a certain way and I've read that that is a huge sign that he likes me. One day, I showed him a picture of my friends and me in Disneyland because I was telling him about it and I started looking through other pictures and commenting about how bad I looked in them. He's a light-hearted person in my time knowing him, but he looked up at me with a serious expression and tone and said "Stop lying to yourself", then smiled at me. For most people that might be the big indicator right there but I have met guys who complement people without actually being interested, so I was still wondering how he felt about me. Recently he has been hanging around me a lot more. Even if he is supposed to be working on something, he comes and sits next to me and talks to me. Our conversations are usually playfully insulting each other, nothing overly serious or anything. I'll be working on my work and he'll just step in a take over to fix what I did even if there was nothing wrong with it. I apologize if this is choppy or confusing, I just would like to know other's opinions on my situation.

He's going to be a changing bull he has lots of cardinal and detaching planets so don't get butt hurt when he doesn't want to spend time or talk all the time. So I think absolutely do your own thing and be friends work your way up and get to know him. His moon, venus might feel unappreciated towards you.
