You mean relationship anxiety?
I get relationship anxiety, but I'm talking about just anxiety in general. I always feel like something bad is going to happen, and I make up scenario's in my head and majority of the time it doesn't happen. But then there are times where I feel the same anxiety, and the scenario does happen. Idk does that help? I feel like I sound confusing
Like for example, one time I was in the car and I wasn't wearing my seatbelt. I kept getting a nagging feeling telling me to wear my seatbelt. So I put it on, and nothing happened.
The next week, the same thing happened but I got into a car accident. But the nagging feeling felt exactly the same. So was it intuition or paranoia?
INTJ.. that happens a lot with Ni-doms. A lot of mental energy clashing with the intuition. Requires a lot of self-control. Activities that could help with stress and overactive nervous system like physical exercise or meditation, whatever helps you. I've had my fair share of psychotic breaks during my adolescence and early adulthood, you better do your best to apply yourself because this is a problem that can evolve into something worse.
Trusting your intuition will help with anxiety. Not true for all ppl tought, I have moon, venus and mecury in Aries, is very important to me to trust my intuition, because the first aproach I have is the right one!
Paranoia for me comes with a pit feeling in my stomach. It's fear derived from bad experience. You will definitely feel anxious. Those feelings can mix (intuition and anxiety). To separate the 2 you need to be more honest with yourself. Face your fears.
FYI ime paranoia fueled by fear usually drives you to be impulsive or obsess. its good to trust yourself but know you're not a psychic. Know that the only control you have is over your own actions and reactions.
Most of the time you understand the source of the feeling of unease when it comes to anxiety. Also, anxiety is less intense. For example: Your computer is overheating and you shouldn't use it but you need to finish some work. After careful deliberation, you decide to sit down and start the computer. While you're handling it, you feel anxious because of the possibility that it might explode.
Now intuition comes in another form. It is an intense, specific feeling. Following the previous example, with intuition you know you should not by all means start your computer because you feel something bad is going to happen. You don't have anything factual indicating that today is the day your computer is going nuclear but the feeling of unease is so intense that you decide against it.
Of course most of the time they come together in one package. First your intuition hints you something bad might happen and then you spend days feeling anxious about it.
Intuition is not always accompanied by anxiety.
And anxiety is not always accompanied by intuition.
I think you have anxiety problem in general? :-)
You can get anxious by having intuition.. but both can be very much discerned apart from one another.. I'd say take a deep breathe, stop, and try to clear the mind.. push the anxiety away, i mean..
Infact i feel anxiety is more related to mind, while intuition is more related to the gut.. i think..

Ahh that makes sense. I've noticed that when I start the day with exercise, my anxiety isn't that bad, so I just need to continue that habit. Thanks for your input

How do you differentiate the two? I have really bad anxiety, and tend to get paranoid. I'm also very intuitive, but sometimes I mistake my paranoia for intuition.
