How many serial killers or mass murderers can you name that are of your sign?

I'm curious to see which sign is the true psycho...

Haha. I'm oddly fascinated by serial killers...I swear I'm going into the wrong field. There's a pretty large majority of air signs and scorpio serial killers from what I remember...

Wayne Adam Ford (cut victims' breasts off and saved them)
Carlton Michael Gary (raped and killed elderly women)
Edmund Kemper ("Co-ed killer")

Interesting topic, there was a similar thread on serial killers awhile back, so thought i would reshare some info..

Serial Killers Description: A serial killer is someone who murders three or more people with a 'cooling off' period between each murder, whose motivation for killing is largely for psychological gratification. All serial killers suffer from some form of Antisocial Personality Disorder but 'rarely' psychopathy. They are usually not psychotic, and thus appear to be quite normal and often even charming, a state of adaptation which Hervey Cleckley calls the "mask of sanity." There is sometimes a sexual element to the murders. The murders may have been completed/attempted in a similar fashion and the victims may have had something in common, for example occupation, race, sex, etc. Also, the victims of a serial killing generally belong to the same race as the killer. The term serial killer is widely believed to have been coined either by FBI agent Robert Ressler or by Dr. Robert D. Keppel in the 1970s (the credit for the term is disputed). Serial killer entered the popular vernacular in large part due to the well-publicized crimes of Ted Bundy and David Berkowitz in the middle years of that decade.

MOST striking thing I noticed on this list is the EXTREMELY high number of "MUTABLES"!! (watery mutable PISCES being the MOST prevalent, followed by mutables Virgo & Sagittarius, then mutable Gemini.)

But no capricorns when we kill we do kill in large numbers but we don't get caught. easy way is to go to war then you can get the real thrill you put your aris on the line. To kill when they can't get you first is cowards way. If your going for it get the real thrill.

As for Richard Ramirez (The Night Stalker) ..having read the extremely well-written & researched book ever on a serial killer by author Philip Carlo, it was speculated his uncle had a very negative influence in his younger, more impressionable years. Combine that with certain astrological markers, and i'm sure he was on his way. It's (ALL) part of the serial killer cocktail. And yet the most remarkable thing is, there are those people who can have the same or even worse factors and not turn to such extremes. Even in the same family, healthy, happy well-adjusted children and one that is completely opposite. So i do believe there are those who do fall in the cracks, NO MATTER what; perhaps a certain percentage who are born (evil/bad seed).

Here are a few more astrological markers/frequencies found in the Charts of Murderers, Serial Killers, and Mass Murderers.

The following gave results equal to or greater than the cutoff point of 50% above random:

Mars in the 7th house.
Jupiter in the 10th house.
Saturn in the 1st house (gave above average results for both
groups).
Saturn in the 6th house (gave above average results for both
groups).
Uranus in the 8th house.
Neptune in the 7th house (gave above average results for both groups).
Neptune in the 12th house (gave above average results for both groups).
Pluto in the 10th house.
Pluto in the 11th house.

Some other aspects:
Sun in stress aspect to Pluto. Pluto is alleged by astrologers
to rule death.
Sun in conjunction with the Venus/Mars midpoint.
Moon (emotions) in stress aspect to Mars. According to the astrological literature (which is anecdotal) this can give a shortened temper.
Moon in stress aspect to the Ascendant.
Mercury to Mars.
Mercury to Chiron.
Mars to the Moon's North Node.
Mars to the Sun/Uranus midpoint.
Mars to the Neptune/Pluto midpoint.
Jupiter to the Venus/Ceres midpoint.
Jupiter to the Ceres/Pluto midpoint.
Saturn to Chiron.
Saturn to the 12th house cusp.
Chiron to the Mars/Pluto midpoint.
Chiron to the Venus/Neptune midpoint.

I've noticed this, too! I watch a lot of true crime shows and often look up the birthdates of lesser-known serial killers (or just murderers in general), and they're almost always Pisceans, Virgos, Geminis, or Sagittarians. It's so strange.

My Pisces was like that. The sweetest funniest guy ever, but if you got on his bad side, he would f u c k your s h i t up! I'm glad I'm a sweetheart and he still loves me!!!! WHEW!!!

ot surprised in the least that the list of serial killers consists mostly of Sags, Virgos, Pisces and Scorpios. Actually, I'm a bit surprised by the Sags, because most of the Sags I have met have been pretty pleasant people. Then again, one could say that this is a serial killer trait -- to be a superficially charming sociopath. 😉

haha I was watching a program about Wayne Adam Ford and it was so strange (even for a serial killer) I thought I'd look it up his chart, and Bri's comment came up in my search.

First off this dude cut off womens tits and kept them, but then he turned himself in and gave the cops the tit's to prove he did it. I was like wtf? what kind of moon is turns itself in? haha it's leeb, thats a serious commitment to the idea of justice. I've never heard of such a thing when I research on serial killers. That is justice on self allright.

On that list, DJ, woah, the "Beast" Aquarius Colombian killer, jeez. Had to go and google him.

The ones that spring immediately to mind are Albert Desalvo The Boston Strangler, Ivan The Terrible of Russia and Bashar Assad of Syria. However there is apparently some question as to whether DeSalvo really WAS The Boston strangler. President Marcos of The Philippines and Erich Honecker and Walther Ulbricht of the old East Germany must also have been responsible for many deaths.
