Virgo with Cancer or Scorpio moon
Taurus with fire moon (I only know IRL Sag moon so far)
Aries with air moon
Libra with Taurus moon

As a Virgo, the one friend that I feel "gets me" is definity my Cancer friend. He has a taurus moon as well.

I've never truly felt that with anyone besides my mom. She is the only person who gets me. She is a Cancer Sun/Aqua Moon/Capricorn Rising. Oh! And I have one friend who always seems to know exactly how I'm feeling or what I'm thinking even when I try to hide it. Oddly enough, she is also a Cancer Sun/Aqua Moon like my mom.

The people who have gotten pretty close don't share any specific placements. No earth, though. Haha! Actually, I laughed, because: 1 fire/air/water sun, 1 fire/air/water moon, 1 fire/air/water merc. It's balanced. I amuse myself too easily.

My Leo sun/moon/merc friend gets surprisingly close with how little I share about my life.
My Scorp sun, libra moon, scorp merc mother tries, though it always ends up that she thinks what she wants is also what I want or should want. She can guess how I'm feeling pretty well, just not completely why.
My Aqua sun, scorp moon, aqua merc s/o is just as logical as I am and can easily understand what and why I say or think things, though he rarely agrees with it.

Well, if we're talking about acceptance, then my best friend definitely shows me unconditional positive regard. She's the only other person (besides my mom) who knows everything there is to know about me. She loves me no matter what. She's an Aries Sun/Libra Moon.

My best friend is a Taurus sun, Libra moon. I don't know how much she understands me, but she accepts me without fail. So, I FEEL most understood by her. Although, I don't want to be figured out. I can barely figure myself out...but acceptance is heavenly.

I did have a "kindred spirit" type connection when I first met my good friend a Gemini sun, Pisces moon. We clicked immediately. I haven't experienced that before or since then.
