Do Cancers Age Backwards Like Caps?

ive wondered this. Capricornesque people age very slowly. your usually more serious in your younger years and ease up as you get older. do cancers do the opposite?I've taken an interest in Astrology recently; I am learning a lot about myself. I have always thought I had great genes, my parents, siblings, relatives in general look young overall. I'm 40 next week and I don't look like I am, well I don't know what one should look like these days but god bless those souls that tell me I could easily pass for late 20??s.
I will not be too modest here, I don't feel like it myself, I work out a lot, take care of myself, and am proud to say I'm in great shape, the best I have been in years actually. I never associated my Cap Rising with this??_so there you go, maybe it does plays a role.
What I find most interesting is the comment about being serious. Goodness I feel like I've spent most of my life serious about too many things and now, still serious but much more relaxed than ever before. I actually let some of my rules slide a bit, believe me, I have friends that are beside themselves cause I'm so serious about certain things. Great post DMV, I never thought about CAP rising in this way before. Thanks.

i will have to give credit to NovLady for the "what do you look like" blog and she was saying that venus does affect your look. then i remembered that venus in caps do look a helluva lot younger and are so much more serious growing up. then i started googling and thought about the opposite of cancer.
its wierd, i have a cancer rising, but i dont come off as old looking. but Saturn in the natal can point toward aging backwards.

observed the following as far as looks.
Cancers had that baby, cherub like facial features.
And they tended to mature rather quickly than their
peers. Physically and demeanor wise. Capricorns had
very "lived in" facial features. A over all ripened
air about them. Which a lot of people mistook for them
being extremely older than their true age. I think the
axis of Cancer-Capricorn both start out the gate very
somber, stoic individuals. But end up blossoming into
young at heart people who age well over time like wine.

yeah they do have baby faces, cancer men ive known.
The Cap suns that i know, look very young but act like old foggys. The Cap rising i know look age appropriate but they are more serious and conservative.

Another thing ive notice with cancer's...are their mouths. either they have kinda of a crooked smile or bow shaped lips that curve up on the sides...I see this mostly on the men. Maybe its coincidental...idk lol
