Mercury Retrograde

The little bastard reared it's ugly head. I'm trying to design a simple photo book for a Christmas gift. I missed the regular shipping cutoff because I scanned every photo only to realize that they didn't save. Then I tried again but scanner wouldn't work. I had to work over the weekend so figured I would do it Monday and pay 3 day shipping.

Welp, bought a new scanner on Monday, set it up and it didn't work! Returned it and got a new one on Tuesday and figured I would pay rush shipping. Scanned all the photos and went to design the book and their site was down.

So today....7 hours from now is the deadline for SUPER RUSH shipping. I finished the book, got to checkout and SUPERRUSH is not an option. Rush is $ 57 and guaranteed to get here by 12/27!!!!!! Now I'm waiting for customer service chat, only number 179 in queue!

I'm just frustrated and complaining. Yes, I procrastinated but I'm still blame Mercury

No don't tell me that little bastard it back. :/ When did this start? It might explain a lot to me...I feel like I should have just taken December off and gone into hibernation cause I am not getting anything done at work. Checks have gotten lost in the mail, I've had to re-fax things 3 plus times, the list goes on and on. :/

My charm didn't work on customer service either. It is always more difficult on chat. They got too many orders so they can't honor the super rush shipping anymore. "But thanks for reminding us to take the banner off the site, we will get on that"

I can still do this on Walmart and do same day pick up. It will take a couple hours to upload, edit and arrange them but it will have to do.

My son has a game tonight so baking, wrapping and last minute shopping will have to wait until Thursday and Friday.

My Virgo ex showed up at my bestie boyfriend's surprise party. I was civil because I just don't give a crap anymore. He was following me around all night. I gotta dodge and weave until January 8th I guess. I have never had an ex pop up during these retrogrades. It's weird.
